BPC 157 as a treatment for knee pain

BPC 157 is a peptide that has been shown in animal studies to help heal injuries to tendons, ligaments and muscles. It appears to support and strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments around a joint, like the knee. One study showed BPC reduces knee pain in patients when injected into the knee. BPC is generally safe with no significant side effects. However, it's still considered experimental by the FDA, so talk to your doctor before trying BPC 157 yourself. Also, be wary of peptides sold online. Try to get it from a reputable physician and pharmacy.

Injected into the knee by a physician, it might be fairly helpful from a pain standpoint, at least according to one published study.

Can I subcutaneously inject this into the knee cap over the patella tendon by pinching the skin on my kneecap with my leg straight and injecting in the pinch? Are there any areas i should be careful with when injecting into the knee?
