Sir, I've L4-L5-s1 disc bulge indenting thecal sac. Ive done physiotherapy too. No medication is working on me. I'm taking gabapentin now. Before that I was taking pregabalin. Doctor ( spine and neurosurgeon ) said I don't require surgery. I will be fine. But I still feel pain which is growing severe. I've been suffering for 1.5 years now. I had been suffering too from the same for the past 5 yrs. But about 2 yrs back, I took the Chiropractic therapy(after using all other types of treatments) and certainly it helped me alot. So I suggest you that Firstly you should stop using gabapentin for sure(probably your PT have suggested it to you) and should definitely visit a chiropractor.

Guys my mother was very critical with lumber canal stenosis since 2002 and since than getting treatment every now and than and she was walking with belt and medicine and in 2010 she got completely on bed she was screaming in pain couldn't move an inch and I have decided that it's hight time I have to take decision that she has to go under surgery and I have taken her to Saifee Hospital Mumbai where she was getting her treatment from there since 2002 I went there with her and she have been admitted into the hospital in 3 days all tests have been done and doctor who did the surgery he is really a blessing for every patient he treats the patient really well and tells everything about problems in details Dr. Manoj Mishra that's his name he is having over 25 years of experience and he told me about the problems which can come during the surgery and after the surgery and he told me that he is confident that he will pull this off and he told that it will take 4 hours but it took double than that due to the complications which couldn't be seen by any tests but still he managed everything and after surgery he called me in OT area which was at 10th floor and I was in lobby when I was there he came and and said congratulations she is perfectly fine surgery was a great success and he told me that why it took so long and told that now there is noting to worry about and I asked that when she will be taken off the bed for a walk by support and he said the day after tomorrow and at that day she started walking and there was no pain which she was getting before surgery and after 7 days discharged from hospital and in 15 days she was ready to back to my hometown and doctor said by himself don't hesitate you are perfectly fine now do excercise and you can pull up weights too nothing will happen I am here for you and literally nothing have happen since than and the hospital is lavish like a 5star hotel from outside and inside so common people do get scared that too much of money will be taken but only 2.5 lakhs have taken from me for every single charge including medicines at that time and they really take great care of there patients even I have seen people who doesn't have anyone as there attendent but still everything was perfect and even I have seen people from South Korea Medagaskar UAE there coming for there treatment and really those doctors staff management and hospital overall is a life changing and life saving turn for everyone who comes there....
