Thank you so much for the nice lecture, may I ask a question please? Is it possible to find celle double positive for kappa and lambda? I mean in normal B cells, I thought it would be some cells on the upper left quadrant and others in lower right quadrant and in malignancy all would be on one side? Is it right? Or in abnormal B cells they would be double positive And again thank you for simplifying this topic
