The reason why Doc was banned and not Alinity, is probably simply due to the fact, that Twitch signed an exclusivity contract with doc a week ago. Now that the only streaming concurrence (mixxer) is gone, they try to get out of the contract to safe the money. It's sad, but I think that's what it is.

I heard a quote someone made awhile back about cancel culture that I think is spot on. I'm not "quoting" because I don't remember the exact words, but basically it amounts to the idea that if we're going to continue to go after people for mistakes they made in the past, what is the incentive to improve? Most people's minds are shaped in their younger years by their parents, teachers, authority figures, environment, etc. Then they get older and tend to change their thoughts and beliefs base on personal experience. So if we're going to keep punishing people for who they WERE, then we're running the risk of putting out the message that immaturity doesn't change, people don't change, and that a view or belief held by someone will ALWAYS be their belief.

I feel like these people have forgotten Shane apology in 2015 were he doesn't just apologise but from then on wards stopped with the offensive jokes and even started to stop using his main channel (Shane Dawson Tv) and started uploading more and more on his second channel.
