Solution for the dog: Have someone “steal” the dog. The “thief” takes the dog across state lines. I doubt authorities are going to launch a multi state investigation to nab a single dog. If the dog has a chip, then get it removed. The “thief” then retags the dog and holds onto it for a couple of years. Dieji then “buys” a “new” dog from the guy who also happens to be the “thief”.
