What is this go-tier recording software where it shows no background around your head?

It's called Chroma Key, and the effect is achieved when the software (Vegas Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc. ) looks for a specific color - usually green - and removes it. In its place is displayed whatever video background you place behind it, in this case your game. If anything in front of your screen is also green, it too will disappear. Likewise, anything not your chosen color will remain.
