Bro,Indias yesterday test was HSTDV (Hypersonic technology demonstrater vehicle).India is not interested to develop Vehicle only missile, because missile is more and most superior than vehicle. Indias plan is to develop hypersonic missile like brahmos II, Yesterday test Purpose: Technology demonstrator for hypersonic flight. Speed: Achieves Mach 6+ in tests. Technology: Scramjet propulsion system for future hypersonic weapons. Role: Testing platform, not a weapon itself. Status: Developed by DRDO; serves as the foundation for hypersonic projects like BrahMos-II. Why Hypersonic Missiles Are Superior 1. High-Speed Precision - Hypersonic missiles travel at speeds above Mach 5, enabling them to strike targets quickly and with extreme precision, reducing the enemy's reaction time.2. Maneuverability- They are highly maneuverable, allowing them to evade advanced missile defense systems, making interception extremely difficult. 3. Stealth and Survivability-Their low-altitude flight paths and advanced stealth technology make them hard to detect by radar systems.4. Combat Effectiveness-Hypersonic missiles are optimized for delivering powerful warheads, whether conventional or nuclear, directly to high-value targets with minimal risk of failure. 5. Operational Readiness-Hypersonic missiles are designed for immediate use, requiring minimal infrastructure or preparation, making them ideal for rapid response scenarios.
