Unfortunately I'm 74 years old and when I got up into my mid 60s and 70s I started realizing what happened but yes it's definitely abuse when they mess around with other women for 17 years and then they decide they don't want anything to do with you anymore and you and he have built a good business and I had no formal training at all to fall back on and all are so called friends sided with him! I never cheated on him in 17 years! The problem is and remains I'm on Social Security Medicare and Medicaid an absolutely cannot afford counseling. Most single women these days because of the trauma brought on our nation by closing down the economy for a year and a half in the follow-up that continues after that goes on and on . The emotional and physical Fallout from shutting down the country for a year and a half causing millions of divorces suicides permanent loss of jobs to say nothing of the devastation that has been brought on young people who can make 17 to 25.00 an hour these days but that doesn't pay rent and you're still living in your mom's basement. Senator Rand Paul is introducing a bill to prevent any future president from shutting down the country like that again

When your spouse has several girl over at your house most when your not home is that considered betrayal trauma. I’ve have ask him to not have here when I’m not home, out of respect for me.

What if the husband will only do recovery for the drug addiction but not for the sex addiction?

He will stay emotionally immature and likely escalate with the sex addiction in order to compensate for not being able to get his drug fix. There's also the chance of having drug relapses as well. The best method is to attack both addictions and have a sponsor for both.
