note for big swig express: you can queue up imputs. if you press ZR and R almost simultaiously you will first swing and then automatically, perform a frame perfect marker throw. it doesn't matter if you are holding R by the time the swing ends. queue'd is queue'd. also from personal experience ink recharge is important because swings and subs become ink hungry very quickly. i wonder why he didn't have any subs?

note for vac: DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE AS INTENDED. IT DOES NOT WORK!!! vac is a backline special that absorbs shots to charge up a projectile. sit back and slightly away from a chokepoint or open field from where the action is. it's strength comes from stalling opponents and then only slightly, but forcefully, displacing them. it is NOT supposed to be a playmaker. somewhat like with chargers you do not want two enemies in two diffrent directions from you (bc flanking). always try to know where the enemies are. do not get any closer than you have to. (55:24) once you do actually get the shot remember that it has a projectile AND aoe. if you get rushed it's sometimes better to just shoot infront of your feet and die afterwards. you will die but if the enemy is dumb and got too close then so will they. you can get creative with the shot placement. walls are always a option too and sometimes harder to judge the danger zone. you can also use the AOE to hit behind corners or deep on a plateou just like you would with explo.

Vaccum should go through objects. Its genuinely so infuriating to have people die through vac because the ray was blocked by a tiny jump or ledge and it just loses half its length. It should also be way faster in movement speed, the game is too fast for it to keep up and people have to slow down for you most of the time because you don't have the option of speeding up yourself

I hope big swig gets cooler instead of vac in splatoon 4 because wall is nice on it after the damage buff and wall helps protect it while it paints and fights and horizontal flick is like a way weaker but faster to swing dynamo roller that has a okay vertical flick unlike dynamo terrible one
