How do you get that skyriding UI? The jagged lightning bolt-esk look. I haven't seen anyone talk about it or mention it but I've seen a handful of youtube videos with people having this?

This skyriding UI comes from Algarian Stormrider mount. When you get on this mount, your UI becomes like this. This mount can be obtained by pre-purchasing the Heroic- or Epic- edition of the expansion "The War Within". It is used as a dragonflight-dragon.
