Love the Italian torque wrench “goodn tight”. A flared wrench should be used on the hydro brake nut to limit rounding off of nut.

I would be fine with Firecrest, but the 303s are simply to narrow for a gravel wheel. And the hubs are crap on both.

It was all good. Just start at the bottom when putting bar tape. If you start at the top, it will loosen faster...

Nice marketing video. However I Think that this frames are from China anyway. In Italy they only glue ready parts . Otherwise they supposed to show first stage process and they are start from third stage
