For the latest Dream Build video we have a very special road bike, the Focus Izalco max! I headed to Stuttgart, Germany to film the bike being built, sit back and relax!

I used to hate bicyclist and thought they were always in my way. Then somehow I got into cycling and realized how amazing this sport is, especially watching these builds, it's truly amazing how beautiful these bikes are and how much work goes into making them. I've saved this to build on my knowledge of being a bike mechanic. I suffer from a variety of mental illnesses and if I fail to get back to uni I want to be working with bikes as a full time gig. And yes like others have said, this this is a great video to relax to. I watch it sometimes while I cycle at home, especially if I'm a bad day with my anxiety. Thumbs up mate, keep the videos coming. I love watching these. Brilliantly shot and edited, yes. But for me, the best bit is seeing different components/groupsets being installed and set up. Gives you a great look into how easy those components would be to live with. The Focus RAT system looks brilliant.

I know it's slightly silly but, I find it magical how every builder has their own way of assembling, marking and trimming the fork stem. So cool. Just goes to show, there's always more than one way of doing things.

I use electric tape to cover my cutting point and applied foamy soapy water there before I make my cut. Not only does it prevent carbon dust from going airborne, it also helps reduce friction.
