DREAM BUILD ROAD BIKE - KTM Revelator Lisse

Based on a 2020/21 KTM Lisse Prestige (www.flidistribution.co.uk/202..., this dream build needed to be something special because it is destined to be ridden by the owner of FLi Distribution, the guys who look after KTM in the UK.
Col has been lucky enough to be able to assemble a premium selection of components from his contacts in the trade. He's chosen a spec which will ensure the bike is as fast as it looks!
A bike this special couldn't simply have a stock paint job, and the guys at Addicted Bikes (www.addictedbikes.co.uk) have delivered a custom finish to complete this speed machine.
Addicted even gave the Ursus TC67 wheels a custom finish to ensure they complmented the frameset. The gold logos on the hubs shows that they have had the Ceramicspeed bearing upgrade.
KTM and Ursus will be represented at both the 2020 Tour and Giro thanks to their UCI teams.

Wow, the handlebar cable integration was very special and the way the graphics all lined up on the wheels and frame was amazing. But the chain was the icing on the cake. A beautiful bike.

Another great bike and beautiful work filming & building! I hope you'll do the Bianchi Oltre one day. That's the ultimate bike for me. There is so much hype about Specialized & Pinarello when it comes to a perfect all-round bike, but the Oltre is kept in the shadow. Pretty amazing that Bianchi first launched like 3 different models for the pro teams but now with competition finally back, they only use the Oltre. They let other brands advertise how they managed to develop a perfect bike for sprints/climbs/classics and Bianchi goes a long with the trend... Without saying anything... But winning everything haha. I really hope you make a vid of that bike one day, would be an amazing tutorial (if I ever have the money for that beauty). Really enjoy your work!

2008 i started to ride road bikes. As an Austrian it has to be....KTM 😉 The Revelator series is - in my opinion - phenomenal! I love my Rev. Prestige Di2 from 2015 but that one..... wow! 😍

I have the lisse élite with just a 105.. But still this is a great bike for the price with good dt swiss wheels. I am surprised that it is still comfortable for a race bike. Honestly surprised by ktm.

the seatpost clamping system reminds me of my Villiger Eagle monocoque from 1992, very tidy. I have an ex conti team KTM Strada 6000 that was left over unused direct from KTM itself, now 7 years old it still more than holds its own. Will never go to electronic *certainly not the Shimano cable stuff) nor discs, over complication for no measurable benefit, I doubt even the pros see much if any benefit in electronic shifting and there's no benefit for discs over rims brakes except for rim wear but when you're sponsored it makes sod all difference, tyre grip and riders ability to read the conditions are the limiting factors

Those hubs are gorgeous. And I'm surprised the method for mounting the Di2 battery is just wrapping it with electrical tape. You'd think they would make a custom rubber grommet or something.

Yep, started off fine but didn't reverse direction after going past the hood. When approaching the lever, needs to wrap over the bar (around the base of the lever body) in order for the tape direction to continue to align with the forces that will be applied when gripping the bar on the top.
