Lol that "Turbo kit for a VW" is a EA888/EA113 K03 which are basically worthless. It's clearly used, and it might as well be a junkyard part. It probably has a worn journal bearing, and you'll need to replace the core for double what you paid for the unit.

(Personally I'm a fan of the smoke-grey wheels with polished lips and centers and lugnuts thing, possibly dating myself, but I notice they seem to have a new line of like TEs like that. :) ) (And, ooh, a silver Sileighty, I like.
