It is Marvella Mahagun penthouse. What is the price?? Even if you don't answer about price, others can reply. My guess is 15-20 crores. Only you know % black and white. Wouldn't a independent bungalow would have been better than housing society at this price range. One needs many househelpers to maintain this kind of lifestyle. Obviously someone ( loaded $$$$) with many friends and relatives visiting often should buy such a big house. How many parking spots do you get? Since you must own a fleet of cars yourself and many guests will visit you often. Just curious.

Hello we are neighbours now I have a penthouse in adjacent building in moderne . We were also misguided by builder and all the work be it ac or whatever which he committed he will rectify was even more worsened by the person who was assigned the job. We purchased the property in 2023 👍🏻
