Everyone I feel has a tune that sort of feels like IT for them. This is that tune for me. It's unsettling and yet puts me at ease. It's particularly a painful song as I started listening alot to this after my mom passed and it sort of stuck me as something we would hear when we die. Something really haunting unnerving yet at the same time soothing. OH and thank you Kara for playing this. you're awesome, me an my kids love your Zelda cover!

@@KaraComparetto 😂 I played classical guitar and was learning to play violin at the time, so that probably has something to do with it. The switch in tempo got me so excited every time I'd boot the game up. Dreams of the Shore is just so beautiful and calming. I'd leave my party on the map just to listen to it while relaxing.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaa. The nostalgia is hitting me right in the heart. This game gave me so many feels during my early years, though I could never finish it on my PlayStation due to a corrupted disc. It was only a few years ago that I finally completed this masterpiece on an emulator. While the game is amazingly constructed - though feels a little too rushed on the second disc -, you're downright amazing too by gracing our ears with this piece. As always, Kara, you nailed it. I see you got this from the site I suggested to you on facebook. I actually tried playing this since I love listening to this on the OST and it has a slower tempo which made it seem easy, but the hand jumps in the left hand and the multi-part writing made it way too hard for me. I'm glad you played it instead! I want to buy this game this year and beat it, and the same for Xenogears. My brother and his friends played both of these when I was younger, but I never did and I want to now. I beat both Megaman Legends games in the past couple of years, and now your Mitsuda album will inspire me to play more long lost gems. I look forward to playing them and hearing your album for sure!
