Build mart should be improved or possible replaced but suggesting it just be removed is outrageous imo. Most of MCC benefits players who are good at pvp, and pw was way to punishing for those who weren’t thus it was removed(and being revamped). Build mart is the only game that targets the skill set of builders. Fix build mart (and make it more accommodating!) or add more game variety. Also I complete agree with H’s point about knowing the events beforehand. UNLESS more game modes that benefit a variety of skills are added, it would just be a mood killer for people if they got a long list of games they know aren’t their best. Part of MCC is the gambling and anticipation of what you are going to get!

Essentially it’s the same. People hated parkour warriors because their favorites weren’t good at it or it was boring for their viewers. Where’s that energy for build mart? You don’t necessarily need to take it out but do revise it to make it fun for those who are bad at it. They could have done it with parkour warriors too. Kept the games and let the games either expand or like what they’re doing now which is replacing them. I just hope the admins get a chance to update build mart soon.

It's not though. There's a significant difference between finding a game boring or annoying and doing the same jump in silence (more than half the players muted and deafened for pw) for 5 minutes. Parkour Warrior also had fundamental issues with things such as the scoring (way to high and still no gaps at the top) and upkeep (Noxcrew would need to change half the course every mcc to prevent people from just practicing it) which also contributed to it being removed. Those reasons were arguably even more important in removing it than it being disliked.

My idea for a new BSABM: You would have the same builds as there are now, but instead of just going for the materials there would be different tasks that lead you to a chest with everything you need for a certain built and, as it works now, you get to choose which builds you do first. If its a golden built then the task you need to complete gets harder, whether it be parkour, fighting mobs, solving a riddle, etc. The fastest team for each built gets a bonus. Now, there's two ways of doing this: 1. They make it a whole arena, for all the teams and they need to fight for the materials. 2. They make separated arenas for each team (as it is in grid runners where it is the same course but the teams are separated). I think this way there can be 2 players going for materials, and two building and everyone can contribute to the team without making it mandatory to just build. It makes it more dynamic and (in my opinion) still has the theme centered in building because if you mess up while building it will punish you anyway.

I actually don't think it is a good idea to allow players to fully know all the games. The intention of practice in mcc is to get used to the basic mechanics, not to allow players to fully perfect the games (which is why the practice server is different from the main event). Allowing for certain games to just not be played really helps with that as knowing the exact games would get people to practice those even more.

I think the actual solution to their problem is they start up MCC Allstars⭐️. I feel like it would satisfy people’s craving for a really good competition that’s completely fair to decide who is the “best” at minecraft competitions, and this is obviously not something everyone would want to participate in and that’s completely okay. That way they can leave in buildmart as it is in normal MCC and Dream and Dream stans and buildmart haters (to be clear, I include myself in all these categories lol) can just suck it up when normal buildmart comes round in normal MCC. - four times a year - so summer, autumn, winter and spring games - the whole thing is geared around tryharding rather than “just for fun” to make it different to the regular once a month MCC - fixed games like Dream wants so they know exactly what to practice, and so if they don’t like a game on the list they can skip for the season - allow them to pick their own teams - less RNG based and more skill based (to that end, voting dome has arrows and targets rather than chickens) - you have to have placed in the top 10 in MCC to participate, OR you have to have been on a winning MCC team in the past - make the 8 games chosen by MCC geared around every aspect of minecraft. So, PVP, PVE, parkour, building, surviving, boss battles. (There’s no boss battle game in MCC and I feel like there should be since boss battles are a big thing in minecraft) - to win, you’d either have to be a well balanced player in every category, or an absolute boss at a few of them so that it balances out you sucking at other categories (ahem, Dream👀) Idk this is just an idea, I really wanna see MCC Allstars tho in whatever manifestation it come in. I think the big issue with Parkour Warrior was that it was the only game that you could beat as well as win. Whether you completed Parkour Warrior or not isn't dependent on other players, and it was the only game of it's type with a definitive end goal that not everyone will reach. I think this caused a problem for the game when players like Pete, Dream and Techno could consistently make it to the back end of the course, even after Landlord made it way harder. This would've been a challenge, because even though Dream could still beat the course and other players (such as Pete and Techno) could still get to level 8, it was pretty much just disadvantaging the players lower down. The changes being made weren't closing the gap and making the game tighter. Compare it to other nerfs, like when the added extra blocks to the walls of Hole in the Wall to stop players jumping around them, when they turned keep inventory on for Lockout Bingo to stop PVP from being such a high paying strategy (Techno still has the highest number of competitions in that game from just PVPing), or when they made the number of possible builds in Build in Mart impossible to study so that players couldn't just make cracked shopping lists. These nerfs actually made the games tighter, but Parkour Warrior didn't have that. It was probably dropped because it was becoming too difficult to balance with such an elite few playing it

They said obviously there should be a building game, but at least in like sky battle there are people like the Bridger or the people that like to fight. You could even win it just by hiding (proven this MCC) but build mart is based of being a builder. I don’t get why some streamers have to just get better at building for that one game at least add something else to it I think they were right to remove pk warrior tho. Build mart is sooo boring to watch and it doesn’t have anything special about it. I think that dream threatening to not play in the next mcc if they don’t change build mart will make the mcc people more pressured into changing the game and making it more fun for both the viewers and players. Don’t get me wrong, I think the game should still have elements for people who aren’t very good at pvp or Minecraft in general. I saw someone comment on a different video that said they should turn build mart into speed builders. (Of course with an mcc twist) which would be super fun to watch! (If you don’t know what speed builders is, it’s basically where you have a limited time to memorize a build, then it disappears and you have to try to make your build as accurate as the one that disappeared. They could make like 6 rounds of this sense it’s a fast game but I think it would be enjoyable for everybody.

Like in every event it was played, only certain few people get many coins and weaker players will always be stuck in the beginning for the whole game. In Build Mart you didn't need to be a great builder. Good comms and coordination are most important. I think Dream thought other teams won by just placing blocks and crafting fast. He is clearly playing the game wrong.

That's not really a good idea, I think. I'm not really an expert/veteran but some reasons why i think this won't work: - players may just camp out on the (one) entrance instead of collecting blocks - when players that worked hard for blocks get killed, it'll be very punishing. I think that happened from the earlier versions of Bingo (i might be wrong) - people with pvp have greater advantage that makes it unfavorable for teams that actually use team strategy, good communication and generally teamwork - the negative emotions that this will accumulate that it will make no team pick build mart to be played ever Again im no expert

The scoring is weird, the difficulty progression is weird, and it causes streamers that aren’t good at parkour to be stuck in the same place for like 6 minutes. It’s getting revamp and will make a return eventually in a different form.

@@virean779 It was confirmed by Aeltumn, part of the noxcrew, via the official discord that it will eventually be back, PKT isn’t a replacement for PKW. There’s some screenshots on reddit too, so it will definitely be back, albeit it’ll be a while. And you’re right, it’s because Dream finished while other players gets stuck at the beginning, and that’s because the difficulty progression was weird and the more difficult part is near the beginning, so people keep getting stuck early. Which is what I said.
