Dream Shop! - First Look at the new workshop!

I was evicted 3 times at the old shop and even to this day I have been told I am welcome to stay ??? So enough is enough, here is a peek at the new shop! I've been busy moving cars and tools but a new vid on the 1965 GTO will be next! PHS is in on the 65.

Anyway I am pleased for you Jason with the new shop it is just what you needed. I agree the lights are noisy and will need some attention but if that is all that needs doing then you have a real winner there. Decent prices for stuff, well done with the sale. If I weren't 3000 miles away and that 58 euro rag was priced as well as the others, I might be a buyer. And I would promise NOT to come get it at 1 AM. Holy hell, that was painful to watch. Nice score on the new shop. That thing is HUGE! But a shop is always too small, never too big.

Love the new shop, hopefully it’s not to far from the house, give you a chance to zip to the shop work on some cars and be home for dinner. And it must be a relief not having to worry about whether you have the shop or you’re evicted. The only other thing is build a shop at home

I worked at a landscaping company in NJ. (We're not all like your buyer). We were selling a small skid steer that was narrow and you stood on, a Ramrod I believe. A young guy drove from Michigan to buy it, took one look at it, realized it was not what he wanted and turned around and left. We provided photos, model and all that. We were all shaking our heads!

Beautiful new building! If you can get some pallet racking that would really make good use out of the extra height. Starting the first row of shelves high enough to clear the cars would lose hardy any floor space.

You Northeasterners are a special type...the latest I ever bought a car was four o'clock on a Friday, and that was for a '70 Ford Super Van with sketchy brakes, but otherwise ok condition. Rush hour traffic was interesting, to say the least. Some people get evicted, and it's all over for them - you get evicted and end up in a better place. All the best to you going forward - plenty of space to #pushcarsaround😁✌️

For the lights, they do make LED bulbs that fit those sockets. Just have to change the wiring to bypass the ballast, no need to replace the entire fixture.

did that in my shop and the electric bill went down a bunch. Traded 250 watt sodium bulbs for "corn" style LEDS. Also, no waiting for them to warm up.
