Dream Team - North Central PA 2023

The Pennsylvania DREAM TEAM is an Innovative career awareness program allowing young professionals in manufacturing careers to visit students for sharing their experiences and information about their jobs, companies, interests, education, and career paths.
The North Central PA Dream Team is available for presentations and career exploration events among school districts in Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean, and Potter Counties.
Dream Team members include machinists, quality technicians, die setters, engineers, lab technicians, schedulers, buyers, human resource professionals, leaders, and so much more.
As Dream Team members, we are available to speak with K thru 12 students about what our job looks like, types of career opportunities available, AND share our passion for manufacturing.
DREAM TEAMERS are in high demand - as our team grows, the requests from educators multiplies, and the impact expands! As DREAM TEAM members, we look forward to visiting classrooms with our interactive presentations, activities, and demonstrations - to enhance existing curriculum and to excite students about the world of manufacturing.
