After holding for a month, I will then have to apply for my visa along with all the supportive documents. So will the visa department be looking for Income Tax Returns file? As I'm a fresh graduate, I don't have a ITR file. Do I need to show my parents ITR files or the process can go on with only the bank statements and consent letter from my parents? Please reply.

For me also was the same case bro. They said that I had insufficient funds, but they did not factor in the amount of sponsorship I received. So, I applied for the Administrative Review. I got the successful result the next month, but I received visa after 10 months. January '22 was my course start, and I came to the UK in November '22.

Maybe the problem was that you used many accounts statements . Your advice is right now to use only one bank statement . That is an easy task for the visa officer to grant visa . I am also going to apply visa this coming week and i am thankful for your advice . This will really help me in the visa process.

hello brother! i understood your flaws in the visa application just by listening your case cos i have also faced refusal from canada in 2012 since then I ve been studying canada immigration and giving free counselling to students for canada immigration. Though I do not know much about UK, the best advice I can give you is to involve authorised UK immigration advisor by UK govt. as for Canada we have ICCRC members or immigration lawyers. Because they have right to represent you to immigration and make your case simpler for visa officer. it might be possible for me to help you with but it is not possible over comment box.

Just to clear- There is no interview in VFS for VISA. You can't file VISA early. CAS is mostly given 2months before. 4 bank account statement was really not a good idea. Unfortunate. Best of luck👍👍

This is what one should not do...... it is not advisable to put 3-4 bank statements in your application. Better to have all funds in 1 bank account only so that you don't face such issues.

The biggest Mistake was not to pay the whole tuition! U should have paid the tuition and accomodation and then show the funds. They should be around 10 lakh something. So before applying pay the Tuition in WHOLE no amount must stand and sort the Accomodation- your UK VISA can never get rejected!! i am not sure if this will help you or you already are in UK doing your masters. Hope You are already doing your masters.

Hello brother. Even I had the same problem a week ago. UKVI mailed me a not straightforward mail and told me to submit additional documents even though I had submitted it previously through VFS. The first mail being Birth Certificate and the second being Bank statement show availability of funds and tbh I was shocked after getting this mail as I have only one Bank account which shows 33,000 GBP and one loan sanction letter I had attached with the on bank statement. Still the mail I got was u should provide a bank statement which shows all your funds held for 28 days but the thing is I have already taken a loan letter so I should not show all the funds but the total of loan letter amount plus personal account money should be considered idk why ukvi does this ? We all get tense like after submitting every document in order and checking twice we get these mails

It is just that there is a problem from their side sometimes even after submitting everything they mail us to verify or ask to re submit the documents again. Ik it is a tense situation but no need to worry just we have to let them know that we have someone who is sponsoring us or we have sufficient funds that's all.

I read somewhere they take the conversion rate on the day of your application. But you should arrange funds for 1-2 pounds higher conversion rate, so that you don't face issues in case of any fluctuation.

Hello. Actually my consultant did not submit my masters initially in embassy... Now embassy ask for gap justification... So they provided my masters along with work experience... Do this will create a issue??

Sir mera visa refuse ho gya hai usme medical ka issue aya hai to humne 4august ka Administrative review dala hai abhi tak koi reply nhi aya hai ab kya Krna chaiye January intake k liye apply kre ya wait kre iss time administrative review ka result kitne din mei aa rha hai

My visa got rejected bcoz in my cas they mentioned that 5500 pounds i paid. But actually i paid 9500 pounds. University said me that attach the 4000 pounds transaction mail with cas while filing visa. I do that clearly but visa decision reason they mentioned i only paid 5500 pounds
