Weekly Idol has a long tradition of serving their guests food. It started out as a way to ensure that starving rookies got at least one good meal a day. The original hosts, Doni and Coni, openly said as much on the show. They often give away snacks and practical homegoods as prizes too. 🍲👍

Weekly idol Dreamcatcher is always a good time! I dont know how many times I've watched each episode, but they never get old 😂 As for other DC content to check out, they did a couple of things with other reactors that I highly recommend: "Whats in the box challenge" with taste of culture and "Playing drinking games with Dreamcatcher" with BrisXlife. Both are VERY chaotic and entertaining!

Dreamcatcher performing on stage is when they're acting. In concert when they're in between songs is when you see the variety show side of them which is their core personalities, maybe a little exaggerated because that's what variety shows want, but still absolutely genuine. You can't hide from the camera when there are thousands of hours of video of them just doing their daily routines. Siyeon is so spontaneous that I don't think she's even aware of the camera any more, and Sua gets so wound up that she's completely in her own world. Dami is usually restrained and quiet in front of the camera and she's always aware of it and never completely comfortable. Gahyeon is always aware of the camera and she loves the attention. Handong plays with the camera. She really is like a cat. Yoohyeon cannot lie, really she can't, and she just blurts things out whether the camera is on her or not. Jiu is always her best self in front of the camera and that self is her core personality. She doesn't show it when she's having trouble because she is the leader and she takes that role very seriously. She carries a lot of weight on her (very beautiful) shoulders and she doesn't want to show InSomnia that, but you can catch glimpses of it when she is caught by a camera that is focusing on another member while she's sitting somewhere way in the back staring into space. There's a lot less of that now that Dreamcatcher has become known and won awards. She's very happy these days.

SuA’s tongue twister reminded me of an episode of “Catch a little DreamCatcher” their Chinese content and on a particular episode Dongie had Dami do a Chinese tongue twister. If you haven’t seen that series I would recommend it. Dami is adorable. Dongie judging Siyeon’s aygo is always a mood. I have always wanted to k on who would win Cleopatra between Mamamoo and Dreamcatcher because it’s not the main vocalist that have the highest notes but SuA the former main rapper turned vocalist and lead rapper and Moonbyul the main rapper that is also a very skilled vocalist. The G-Friend/Mamamoo Weekly idol will always be entertaining partially because of that Cleopatra game. They say Afghan Hound, I say Golden Retriever for sure- smart, clumsy and eager to please. Jiu when doing aygo- cue fake maknae energy. Dreamcatcher have so many songs with complex, formation changes and high energy choreography that it gets harder and harder for them to win Random Dance Play. Step 1- recognize the song, step 2- recognize the verse, step 3- remember your spot in corresponding formation for new song

This shows why Dongdong is my bias wrecker. The side eyes she's serving. Love the ice princess. Just wish the show still had Doni and Coni. They always made the guests comfortable and the shows were the most fun. Would've been chaotic with Dreamcatcher. Just watch the Idol Room episode with Dreamcatcher and Everglow

nah im glad those two left lmao. they made a weird ass colorist joke about hwasa, did that weird ass prank on jackson about going to see his parents (only to be like "lolz its a prank !1!" knowing damn well it was hard for him to just fly home to go see his parents regularly) and were just all around obnoxious. they were heavily disliked for a reason
