It definitely feels like they took some cues from Babymetal, but Babymetal is still a bit more metal than this. Also, Babymetal is fairly popular in the US too. Not quite mainstream though. As for Dreamcatcher, I'm really digging their concept and sound. I get some anime opening feels from it and I like that.

Well baby metal it’s like dead and trash metal genres, and dreamcatcher uses like heavy and power metal that are less heavy subgeners of metal

Guys, are you kidding me? This and "Chase Me" MV are two of a few kpop MVs that has a history that makes sense, how are you confused about it? He's a ghosthunter and they are ghosts that haunt this house/hotel. He's trying to find them and learn about they history and they're trying to scare him.

From what I know, it's a trilogy so the next MV will be the conclusion to the story. I really like them because this isn't something you always see in kpop especially with girl groups. I hope their agency keeps up this concept & sound with them, it fits.

In fact there is a theory about the 3 videos Chase-Me, Good Night and Fly High (This I have not done, I only share them since I feel it is more credible) The videos are scrambled being that the order is Fly High, Chase Me and Good Night, and tells that in the first video they attend a private school and they were normal girls until one day one of them (SuA the leader) finds a spider that in the video it is seen that the spider is watching her as if she wanted him to find it (attracts her) and that's when she catches her in the glass and takes her to her room but as she has it there she changes osea that the spider is a demonic being that drags it to the dark side turning it a witch and makes that she combats to the others one by one by that it is seen that some resist and try to escape but in the end they do not get it.

The one that bring the spider in the mansion is actually Ji U (Dreamcatcher leader) not SuA And Also The one that have one on one combat to attempt to save the other girls is also Ji U

You should watch their lives performances. Babymetal got some tricks upon their sleeves that you wouldn't expect. Also they're like like adult now. the oldest is almost 19 and the other two are 17

@@PongoXBongo Absolutely. Babymetal's vocals are also really high and squeaky in comparison, and that effect is even more pronounced because of their heavier instrumentals. That's the most offputting part of their sound imo and why I haven't been able to get into them despite loving metal. I do love that they've been so popular though - they're a really cool act!

Actually Danny and David, the main rapper named Dami has a deep voice and it was her real-natural voice and not toned down!!! She is one of the best of best rappers in kpop, but she is soo underrated!!

Already in the second video Chase Me, we can see the hunter, he already knew the existence of them since since they became witches have spent many years that's why he had his photos and that is why the girls decide to throw a curse to frighten him by doing so hallucinating and giving him nightmares and when supposedly awake mind of the dream continues hallucinating but he is very obsessed with them and when he enters the room where the photos smiles because he is already convinced that he found them but he does not know that it is all a trap of them, they planned everything , the hallucinations, the room with his photos, the book that appears in his dreams they put there for him to chase (that appears in Good Night) when they drop the book in the forest that is the dream of him already in that video making him go through those scares they decide to burn the book by the same thing that says how to strap them and to kill them and also as they are trapped in an alternate world that the one of the, decide take his place making him trapped in the mirror that is the other world and they are going free
