Dreamcatcher has a few songs that are completely in English, a few that are in Japanese, but most of them follow the rather typical K-pop pattern with a smattering of English here and there but mostly Korean. While I don't understand the Korean bits, I definitely recommend checking the English subtitles to their songs, because they're typically rather meaningful. Confusion about the number of members in K-pop groups typically stems from two things: 1.) They have backup dancers in some of their videos 2.) They often change outfits and even hair colours in the same video; at least in Dreamcatcher videos this is typically as part of the story telling.

Thank you for your interest in this great group. You've now seen "Deja Vu" and "Justice" - both masterpieces. There are many more, especially the title tracks. But there are also the B-sides - no less good. And very varied. I recommend "Shatter" (official dance MV), as aesthetic as alternative. As well as "Reason" (official MV) - the anniversary song for the 7th anniversary of this unique group

Thanks for checking out more Dreamcatcher guys! Justice is the last part of their Versus Duology, in which OOTD was part one. OOTD is where the crown imagery comes from. In OOTD Dreamcatcher played the Villains (which was the name of the album), who were willing to sacrifice others for power and fame. There was an Alternate Reality Game (ARG) that ran for the month or so leading up to Villains dropping that involved several IRL twitter accounts and people leaving cryptic messages on KZbin. This eventually bled into the real world with masked individuals leaving clues for Korean fans at Dreamcatcher fan signs, a cafe that provided a thumb drive if you order a specific drink, and more. This ARG continued with Virtuous (the album with Justice) and included several real life scavenger hunts, a mobile game, as well as an Escape Room that fans were able to participate in, in Korea. The premise of Justice is that it's an alternate world where the members of Dreamcatcher made a different choice, one to protect others, instead of using them for selfish ends. Hence the Versus name for the duology as the two concepts are completely opposed to each other. There's a lot of detail I'm glossing over but it would take an essay to cover everything in the lore for this comeback. There are some good resources online if you're interested in reading about it or watching a video about it. If you keep reacting to their music you'll find that lore and story lines are a big part of their music.

dreamcatcher \:D/ there's 'only' 7 of them lol. dreamcatcher releases most of their title tracks in a themed series so that's where all the imagery comes in that will likely go over the top of your heads if you just watch it stand alone. 'justice's is the final part of their 2 part 'vs' series which from part 1 'ootd' appears to be addressing the negative side effects of greed and materialism in modern day society.

This is a song that needs to be seen live, as actually 5 out of 7 of them does the high belting. It has two really good versions: The 'it's Live' version with live instruments and the DanceEar version with spatial audio and full choreo. Both are highly recommended.
