Basically JiU entered this "dream world" where her fellow members were trapped. She uses the gun to free them from that world, which is the moment where they disappear as butterflies and leave JiU behind. Since JiU has no more bullets to free herself with, she is stuck there alone. She sacrificed herself to free the others :/

"R.o.S.E Blue" is a game collaboration with the Korean mobile game "Girl, Café, Gun". It was written by the game's music producer Esti, who is a Dreamcatcher fan. That's why it sounds a bit different. JiU enters the crystal and frees the members by shooting them with her gun. Unfortunately, she used up all the bullets on the members and has none left for herself, so she sacrificed herself for the members. That's our leader for you. 😭😭

I am almost 50, I saw this MV dozens of times, and I cry every single time. Not ashamed at all to admit it. I don't know the game myself, but I remember other InSomnia commenting how in the game lore, Gahyeon was JiU's sister; this was why she was smiling.

Another great reaction! I saw that our precious InSomnia already gave you some informations about the story... Yes, it was JiU that sacrificed herself to free her members from their dreams... Gahyeon smiled because she knew her sister will safe her... SuA in rage because she knew JiU would sacrifice herself for them, but SuA can't do anything because she was in chained (not pervert like you said - but why my brain is...forget it) Siyeon was too drowned in the technology, that she never looked at JiU even once... Dami too drown in the great wealth of her dream... And Yoohyeon on the school or educational hostility... And yes, we do hope that Handong would be the one who may rescue JiU after that... And for you Viktoria, I really do hope that Dreamcatcher and their InSomnia are the one who can rescue you from any of your problems, even just for a smile... Can u believe? We are almost done with all their tracks with mv ,what a journey it has been. If i am not wrong, gahyeon is playing the character of the younger sister of jiu’s character in the game, so she is smiling i guess cuz the character is glad to her sis? .We always say that dongie will be the one to bring jiu out of the crystal if ever there is a part 2. While others have commented fairly completely about the video game connection to this video, there is also another theory that has been put forth. The members that are stuck in the "game world" are really aspects of the stages of grief. Denial, Yoohyeon being in a student in a classroom that is obviously not able to be used as a classroom anymore. Anger, SuA in chains fighting and screaming. Bargaining, Dami being in a room full of money, portraying the want to buy her way out. Depression, Siyeon in the dark room refusing to look at JiU. Finally, Acceptance, Gahyeon reaching her hand out to accept JiU while smiling at her. And if you take it one step further, you could speculate that the other members are JiU's stages of grief over the missing member Han Dong. Now watch the video again and tell me if you feel any different. :) Great Reaction, by the way.
