4:44 Hi, I know what this is cause I worked in a plant nursery for years. It's the bud of a flowering plant. The plant's Latin name is coreopsis and its common name in English is tickseed. I don't now what its common name is in Korean but nevertheless it's a lovely yellow flower whose long stem makes it ideal for making daisy garlands. Ideally, a coreopsis bud is not supposed to look so brown and shriveled, but green or yellow like the bud on the left at 4:39. However, it's not uncommon and there's probably nothing wrong with the plant. To answer Ms. Yoohyeon's question, the reason it looks like that could be a fungal or bacterial infection or thrips.
