The "hyun" part in GaHyun and YooHyeon are written exactly the same in Hangul "현"), but GaHyun as always used the romanization spelling of "Hyun" while YooHyeon has always used "Hyeon". Not sure why, both are used and there doesn't seem to be a standard for romanisation of the Hangul script (well, there is an official government system that dates back to the year 2000, but many people use older systems, which there are a few). You see that a lot with the "어" sound (sometimes "u" sometimes "eo") or the "우/유" sound (sometimes "u", as in SuA, or sometime "oo" as in YooHyeon, or "u" as in YuBin [DaMi]). At least, that is my non-professional; understanding of the spelling situation. If I'm wrong, please someone correct me. Long story short, when GaHyun joined the agency, they already had YooHyeon and switched the GaHyun spelling to match YooHyeon so as to make it less confusing, but now GaHyun wants to use what she has always used, and we all understand that...
