These tips are great! Another thing that helps me is making weird sounds like "rrrrrrr" "lllllll" "oooo" and moving my mouth before starting the speaking section - like singing preparation. I feel I relax my vocal chords and facial muscles and consequently perform better in the task :)

Varies person to person. But main concept is to stretch the end of one word and blend it into the start of the next. Usually takes the teacher's feedback to give more precise advice ☺
