Omg Lisette this turned out beautifully!!!! I love that you are now a lover of landscapes!!! Wooo-hooooo!!!! Landscapes are my absolute favorite as well. I’ve done a Davison and a Chuck and loved them both. I really think you will love doing an Abraham Hunter one. He is so similar to Chuck but more colorful!! it's gorgeous! The only Chuck I've done was Strength Along the Journey. It turned out beautiful. I do have several Abraham Hunters in my stash. Not only are his landscapes beautiful, but his animals are gorgeous as well! I took a look at my stash the other day and almost cried. I have so many! This is madness. But I keep seeing new ones that I feel like I need to buy. Of course I don't need them. My husband asked where I was going to put them all when they're done. I kind of shrugged and said maybe I can store them somewhere and switch them out on the walls as the mood hits? Haha. But he's sweet about it. He knows it makes me happy, so he never complains. I like landscapes but DAC often puts too heavy of outlines on the objects. I like DD landscape renderings better. However, because the canvases are generally smaller, they are a bit more pixelated.

I agree. So disappointed, part way through, in how they turned Sylvia Strijk's watercolor Winter Fox into a cartoon. Can't bring myself to keep going on it... I'm glad they show all their renderings now and I won't make that mistake again.

Love this. Not usually into landscapes but video reminded me that I did one, Flamingo Falls, one of my 1st Dreamer Designs kits. Not typical landscape and not Chuck Pinson. No problems with kit though. Mine came out very nice but yours is a real beauty!

Wow!!! Those are both so gorgeous! I have the Seaside Dreams one in my stash and I haven't even opened the box yet as I'm so intimidated by it, lol. I bought it on sale at Christmas when I first started diamond painting and I'm still a newbie and not great at squares.

I'm so happy for you that you have this one. Just keep it in your stash for a little while longer if you're not yet comfortable...the other option is to just do tiny sections. That way it doesn't overwhelm you. Enjoy!

I love Landscapes and I have four or five by Chuck Pinson. I need to take a look at Abraham Hunter and Dominic Davison also. By the way, I have this painting that was available from DAC a couple of months ago. The coloring is a bit different but I think I will like it. I have a thing for lighthouses. I'm glad you enjoyed and are now interested in doing more landscapes.

I love that painting. Those cobblestones! Wow! I have yet to get my hands on a Chuck Pinson. I’m a landscape fan and finished Venice Al Fresco from Dominic Davidson (dac). Hij is prachtig! Ik sta elke keer weer versteld hoeveel jij af krijgt/paint in korte tijd. Ik heb het painten eindelijk weer wat serieuzer opgestart, maar heb nu in zo'n 3 uur nog maar net een klein gedeelte af van 1 van 60x40..... (mijn 1e van DAC, lion watercolor, stuk wit en 1 poot bijna af). Ik gebruik nu voor het eerst een multiplacer overigens, al is dat nog wennen. Heb jij vaste uren waarin je aan je paintings werkt??

Hi Anita - nee ik heb (helaas) geen vaste uren. Ik ga af en toe even zitten tussen de werkzaamheden door en doe dan een stukje...Ik moet wel zeggen dat het me (tot nu toe) nog gelukt is om iedere dag in ieder geval een stukje te diamond painten....ja en als je dat dan bij elkaar optelt dan kom je dus een heel eind...blijkt LOL
