Just picked up one at Walmart for less then 460. Was watching it for about 2 weeks had the D9 and loved it, only it did not have the self emptying base, I hated to return it but this have exceeded my expectations. As far as the mopping feature, I never bought this for that, SharkVac mop does a awesome job on my dining room and kitchen floor. The navigation is tops for this price range, I also have a Roomba J7+ and I find the Roombas consistently banging into everything rather aggressively. Dreame does not do this after the install mapping. I love this machine and can't wait to see what they come up with in the future. Great vlog...

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind for the next one. I turned the feature off shortly after I got it, as it was avoiding objects I didn't want it to.

Hi vac tech- thanks for your video would love a trouble shooting one if you can. I had message during clean to change filter did it nearly 6 hours later as set to clean at 1am. Changed the filter and the vac will not doc it actually will not do anything tried resetting nothing do you have any suggestions please. 😢😊

Try the ROBOROCK s7 plus. That has a triple cleaning pass and rubber extractors like on the ROOMBA. It also self empties and mops with vibrations.

Mine just stopped working after 2 months. Keep getting check and clean filter error and suction doesn't engage. When you take the dust bin out of the robot are the vents even across? Not the side with the single port, but the other side. Before that it was great. I have a S9 plus and the Z10 was my daily driver

I'm trying to understand what you're explaining regarding the ports. Are the ports on the robot not lining up with the port holes on the base? It's gonna' need to properly dock to line everything up for emptying. As far as the bin, make sure the spring loaded door on left side (if you're looking down at the robot while docked) isn't stuck or jammed with debris. Also have you washed the filter or checked the bag? The filter will completely clog over time, and will need to be washed or vacuumed out. One last thing, make sure the bin is completely set in the base of the robot, as air can leak out if it isn't fully-seated. I hope this helps! If you're still having issues, I would contact Dreametech regarding the problem.

If you take out the bin and look on the inside of the robot. One side is the port the other is a grid where the filter lines up to. Mine looks ueven, but I think that's how it's designed. I am in contact with support and ordered new filters.

@@richardsmith1161 oh I see! I thought you were just talking about the two ports for the auto-empty, not the grille behind the filter. The filter needs to be seated correctly for everything to work. I believe the robot will know if the filter isn't perfectly installed. I hope it's a simple fix, and your Z10 is back to cleaning soon!

What's the handheld vacuum used to clean the robot? Anything specific you'd recommend for that exact job?

Any dyson cordless would work great. I used a Dreame T30, which also works very well for this task.

How do you set it to two passes?

Select individual room cleaning, set the order you want it to clean the rooms, and on the main screen a paint brush icon will appear, to let you set multiple passes. Hope this helps!
