The broccoli cheddar is only about 7 carbs for a big bowl. Beef stew.. Super low.. I'd say the same for that. Zero carbs in the hot wings. Maybe 5 carbs for the pork chops and gravy.

The egg bake is many 5 carbs a slice. All really low.

YES! The broccoli cheddar didn't have spice..I was worried with that but I've made it 2 times now because everyone loves it so much.
