Last night I cried out to the Lord because I felt like I starting to fall into a bad depression. I can be very anxious and fearful and it just make me want to hide after work. Today after another crazy day of being an elementary teacher, I felt very light and unburdened. This song reminds that His yoke is easy and his burden is light. I always hear this song on my way to work thanks to Air 1.
