Hello! Thank you for this video. I believe this is the same shower door in my house. Unfortunately, it seems whoever installed it cut the rod just a tiny bit too short, and it is sagging, causing the door not to close properly at the bottom. Is there any way to repair this short of buying a whole new rod and reinstalling? Thank you so much !

How do you adjust sliding door leaning to the left or right?

Can this be installed directly onto a tile floor? Would the glass or tile get damaged over time? If it does get damaged by direct contact is there a way to keep that from happening?

Hello! The Enigma-XO can be installed directly to the floor tile if you are not using a base and have zero threshold. When installed properly, the glass and tile will not be damaged over time due to the secure hold of the hardware and caulk. Hello Nikitha. Thanks for contacting DreamLine! If the door is rolling open, the guide rail is not level. There are several adjustments you can make to correct this. You can raise the middle of the guide rail by loosening and adjusting the inside glass bracket. You can also adjust either or both guide rail brackets to lower the rail on the strike side of the door (where it closes against the wall).
