Hi there, This is a performance-based commission role. Your rate will consist of a fixed and a variable compensation based on your performance. The fixed compensation can be up to $500, which will be distributed over the third to sixth months once you meet the minimum requirements that will be disclosed to you during the nesting stage. Your variable compensation will be determined by your performance and the quality of service you provide, as well as your conversion rate and lead type. This is a freelance commission-based opportunity that requires full-time commitment. It is not part-time. Customers are based in US and Canada. The role is for the Independent Travel Managers to accommodate their travel requests such as sell airline tickets, travel packages, travel insurance etc. on our platform.

Don't do it via mobile. At times you may face problem in matching pair and may loose score . Better to use laptop or desktop . Because I failed one of the assessment because of that and not able to match properly ...though had mobile problem as well. Just a suggestion not to use laptop or desktop
