Hi there, This is a performance-based commission role. Your rate will consist of a fixed and a variable compensation based on your performance. The fixed compensation can be up to $500, which will be distributed over the third to sixth months once you meet the minimum requirements that will be disclosed to you during the nesting stage. Your variable compensation will be determined by your performance and the quality of service you provide, as well as your conversion rate and lead type. This company is a complete fraud. Avoid them at all costs. They do not pay their agents, forcing them to resort to unfair practices. Every new agents are required to follow the following rules without receiving any payment until a sale is made. BQ = Bonus Queue (List of Leads where Sale is not made within the first 3 days of Contact) 1. Maintain 100% attendance for the first 3 months. 2. Engage in a minimum of 7 hours of activity and 2 hours of CMS activity daily. 3. Attend all meetings conducted by the Supervisor, Mentor, and Trainer. 4. Follow BQ lead handling procedures 100% during the Nesting phase. 5. Record all leads in the follow-up file without fail. 6. Avoid using WhatsApp and Messenger pop-ups, as this can lead to termination. 7. Ensure a stable internet connection. 8. Refrain from using abusive language, exhibiting a bad attitude, or spreading negativity towards customers or colleagues. 9. Hanging up on a client during a conversation will result in termination. 10. Complete MindTickle courses and pass assessments with at least an 80% average. 11. Attend a minimum of 4 mentoring sessions. 12. Achieve a minimum score of 70% in QA Call Monitoring reviews. 13. Make at least 500 gp or 2 sales minimum. 14. Process a minimum of 600 BQ leads, with 150 leads checked weekly. 15. Maintain a sales conversion rate of 10% or higher. 16. Maintain an average of 2+ hours of activity in CMS. 17. Maintain 100% attendance. 18. Properly handle and record all 600 BQ leads in the follow-up file. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in termination. BUSINESS MODEL OF ASAP TICKETS: Their parent company is Dynnino Group which claims that they have over 10K Employees worldwide, but most of their 100+ Employees on LinkedIn are contractual. They have tied up with some major Airline aggregators to provide Cheap Tickets in 8-10 Routes originating/transiting through USA & Canada. Next, they hire Free Agents through their sister organisation Dreamport, sell big dreams of earnings and incentives, make them work for 3-5 months at peanuts money, making them overwork & subject to inhumane targets. It's because of this Agents are forced to sell Travel Care Services to their Clients (which is a bogus service because they don't pay refunds to Clients). It's a big setup to exploit English speaking cheap semi skilled workforce available in 3rd world countries like Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan & African Countries. I kindly request aspiring Customer Service Agents, Travel Enthusiasts & Customers alike to stay away from this big trap if they don't want to waste their time & hard earned money. It's a big scam altogether and there are already many Lawsuits against Dynnino Group already running in the USA.

It demands compulsory 8 hours of work daily. And then when you start to sell, they find ways of ensuring that you don't get the agreed percentage of commission.
