I’m downloading it , extract file open the , for some reason I can’t have my game at full screen and I’m stuck on the option menu.

Search for a config file within the game folders, I think there are multiple. Then in that file you change the parameters to whatever you want.

Are you using a controller? It's only controller supported currently. Not keyboard and mouse. Press Alt+Enter to enter full screen and when in game, go to the settings and save it as always full screen.
