When I use L2 and R3 it only rotates the clones. It doesn’t bend the line of them 😢

I don’t see Blend, just looseness

By default Dreams is set to Smear Shape (which has the looseness), so to get the Blend Amount option Stamp Shape has to be selected. You can change the default by going into My Preferences>Dream Shaping>Tools. Then from here set to Stamp Shape, so when you go into sculpt mode it will automatically select Stamp Shape as the default sculpting tool and always have the blend amount option available.
