The weirdest dream I ever had was one i've had multiple times and it had literal chapters to it since i had this dream more than one time. I had a reoccurring dream as a kid that I was walking down this really long, dark corridor. When I finally got to the end there was a big door that I'd go through. On the other side of the door was this blindingly bright, completely empty desert landscape. After walking around for a bit I'd find my mum and aunt, then I'd ask my mum if this was a dream. She always said yes and then I'd wake up. I kept having that same dream for years and it was so weird.

My weirdest dreams I remember: 1) After learning about the 9/11 attacks in 3rd or 4th grade, I had nightmares for a whole week about an airplane hitting my house in my dining room...I scared my self awake that whole week 😅 2) My favorite singer was my history teacher and he did a backflip for me...I don't know, this was in May of 2022 🥱 3) This was my most recent weird dream from last week. I was in some sort of building with other people doing whatever and I noticed my ex was staring at me from a corner. Then I went to get some food in a line, he came up and gave me a hug from behind saying "Hey, I miss you." I said back, "Well, thats on you since you broke up with me 🤨." I'm still confused on why I dreamt about that 🤔

Finally, someone else who experiences that weird vibrating thing! For me, it tends to be painful, so I always dread it when I feel it coming on. For the longest time, I thought it was sleep paralysis, but then, I told my mom, and she was worried that I could be having seizures. I looked into it a bit further, couldn't find anyone else reporting the same phenomenon, and then gave up. You are literally the only other person I've encountered who has experienced the same thing. Except, I feel it a lot more- maybe once every few months on average.

I know what you're describing. Is it also an evil tickle sensation that vibrates and throbs your whole body, making you feel violated afterwards? Then I wake up and still feel the after-feeling as if it really happening, as if I were given an evil tickle on my soul for real. "Violated" is the only word I can accurately use to describe how this makes me feel. There's just such a deep sense of "wrongness" to that feeling. I also hear this creepy computerized female "vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv" voice accompanying it. Sometimes I hear something make the "vvvvvvvvvvv" sound as my brain warning me to stay away from it. Sometimes the vibrating violation feeling isn't accompanied by sound. The worst is when both the "vvvvvvvvvvv" and vibrating thing happen together. Usually it's a a dream that begins as a mundane/pleasant dream for the first 99%, then the last few minutes are sheer terror, it may not even be minutes but it feels like it. A black hole vortex opens in the middle of the room or the sky and pulls me in, no way to escape it. I try waking myself up but haven't succeeded. One time though my mom woke me up right after it appeared and it was starting to pull me towards it. I hugged my mom and said "thank you" about 50 times. She was confused until I told her she saved me from a nightmare.

I had a nightmare once, it was kind of like a cinematic movie. These scientists were trying to open a portal to other dimension and somehow opened the portal into Gmod. From there a bunch of nextbots start pouring out of the portal and killing everyone, afterwards the scene switched to me at a Cafe (like I said it was basically a cinematic). There were like 11 other people and I hear this sound ,it was a nextbot of course, so everyone runs into the Cafe ands starts boarding up the door to the Cafe. The nextbot, after banging on the door a bunch of times, leaves. We start rashioning the food and suddenly we hear the backdoor of the Cafe open. Turns out the nextbots were smart.

I had a really weird dream a few years ago So basically it was me, my sister, my brother, mom and some random dude. We were on a golden cash register, trying to survive while my dad was a genie and the host and for some reason trying to kill us. After a bunch of players died and the remaining spawned onto a cliffside. It was me and my brother vs the random dude. It was a pretty intense fight but we won by pushing him off a cliff. some weird nightmares i had: (1) every night, some guy (60 years old or so) would come to my home at night and i had to hide from him. if he found me i'd be dead, and then respawn and it would repeat and i'd hide somewhere else. I had this dream for a week. (2) i was visiting my cousins, there was a short tunnel under a road that you could walk through. They told me some killer clowns lived in there, and to avoid it, because otherwise they would hunt me down or something. and i somehow believed that. i had a nightmare about them capturing me and my cousins, and while escaping almost falling in a lava pit. (3) Near my house there were forests and open landscape near the sea, it's a national park too in my country. I got a nightmare that i was there at night, and was chased by a group of people trying to kill me throughout the forest. they were chasing me on bikes btw, and i also had a bike. i biked off a cliff (there weren't even cliffs there), they followed me off the cliff. i survived the cliff, the group had too much fall damage.

I had a repetitive dream about an owl in a tree. A snow owl in southern Tennessee. To be fair, it was snowing outside, but the species does not belong. It just stared. I have owls nearby, but no white owls. It was like a horrible sky box in a video game with how similar it was from one side of the house it was to the other.

The only dream I remember is horror, sleep paralysis and that dream traumatized me. I don’t remember everything that happened, or where to start, but I decided I am going to start off with the surroundings in the dream. I was in my room… but it was darker than usual. I have Eevee plushies on my floor, and in the dream they were in the same area but the plushes weren’t in the same order and my shoes were around the plushies. (Which they normally are on the other side of the room) I was aware I was in a dream, and normally how I get myself out of a dream is that I blink or close my eyes and then I’m back to the real world. But no. That didn’t work. In fact, the nightmare got worse. Why? I actually closed my eyes in the dream and went to sleep in the dream, and before I knew it I was STUCK inside a nightmare inside a nightmare. And in the nightmare within the nightmare, I had little “seizures” which are hand movements that lasted 3- 5 seconds (this is important) and were triggered whenever I tried to move. I could talk in the dream, and I put all my effort into yelling: “mom!” but it came out as a quiet whisper. Then a voice that sounded like my mom’s said something like: “do you want to leave this dream?” Or something like that, I was 12 so I barely remember. And I said “yes” and I don’t remember what happened after that, but time went by very slow. 10 minutes in the real world felt like an hour in the nightmare. Everything in my room was like how it normally was, and my phone normally is with me and is within hand reach, I try to reach for it so I can text my parents, but I have that little hand seizure again. (Whenever I try to move more than an inch, the seizure is triggered) And I couldn’t do anything. Oh, and my door was open a crack and some weird looking figure came in and I don’t remember what it said or what it looked like or what happened, but if I remember correctly the figure looks like something you’d see from One Piece or Dragon Ball. I don’t remember what happened after that, but I remember shortly after the little conversation I had with that figure I woke up and was back in the real world. (I think, I can’t remember what actually happened or what order these events took in). And if I remember correctly I think that in the dream inside the dream there were things staring at me? Oh, and know how I mentioned earlier how those hand seizures are important? Well, the same year I had this dream I started having those same seizures in the REAL WORLD. But they happen randomly, you dont know when they happen, but they last 3-5 seconds.

One time, when I was a kid, I had a dream that I was at school and the teacher revealed that there were guns inside of our desks. She told us that, if we broke the rules 3 times, we would get shot. That same morning, I called out and got my first warning. I got really scared because, with me being such a rule-breaker (often by accident), there was a possibility I wouldn't even make it to the end of the day. Luckily, my mom came to pick me up early at around lunch time, and, for some reason, her mode of transportation was Whirly Bird from Special Agent Oso. I was beyond grateful for her rescuing me (like, it truly felt like she had saved my life), and then, I woke up. In retrospect, I'm surprised I didn't realize I had school trauma until I was 16. Also, the ending foreshadowed my mom taking me out of school due to teachers mistreating me.

One time I had a dream where I was in the Great Wall of China wearing a TopHat, and then I had another dream where I was freaking Kayna from My singing monsters slaying Christmas elves and getting chased down by black holes in the form of different shapes. I also had this one dream where I went to a Time Machine and saw the whole cast of Shrek having a whole out battle with the entire Hotel Transylvania cast while on Mercury, and I had a dream where I straight up mangled a cat because it tried to break into the car so I used the windshield to stop it, but it got caught in the windshield and I for some reason continued closing the windshield, the cat thankfully survived but was severely mangled from the windshield. It’s owner said: OMG MR WHISKERS! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?! As I was apologizing for brutally mangling up that lady’s cat, I woke up from my dream, wondering wtf I was dreaming about… pretty inspiring!

I had a dream my dad just dropped me off at Chuck E. Cheese, and the whole place just was like, this weird office with a refrigerator, and on top of it was a little box of staples. I became strangely obsessed with the staples, but before I could get them, Chuck E. Cheese approached me and threatened to shove me into a pencil case. Terrified, I snatched the staples and ran out of the place, and found my dad, who took me home. I was glad to be home and jumped on my bed, thinking, “Boy, am I glad to be back at the REAL Chuck E. For some reason, in all my nightmares I either can’t move or can’t see while being chased. I once had a dream that I was being chased by Voldemort so I went to my house to prepare but for some reason the floor plan of the house was like the floor plan of my cousin’s house, but I didn’t question it because it was a dream. In the dream I thought the house was my old house, so I didn’t know where the bathroom was, so I started going into random rooms. I walked into one, and I saw that it was a big bedroom, with a color scheme of purple and teal, and there was a college-aged girl sitting on the bed studying. She looked over at me and I was like “oops sorry I’m looking for the bathroom”. Looking back, I now realize that the girl was probably meant to be my older sister in the dream, even though I have no older siblings since I am the oldest. But anyway, I finally found the bathroom. I collected supplies and then booked it since Voldemort had arrived at the house. I ran across the street and hid in my neighbor’s holly and magnolia bushes, and Voldemort spawned in a dog to sniff me out. Somehow in only a few minutes I managed to befriend the dog, and it pulled me up the hill by my house on a raft made of wood. (I have no idea.) Somehow Voldemort was moving even more slowly than this heavily burdened dog who was pulling me up a concrete hill on a sledge with no wheels. I ended up meeting a family I’m friends with right outside my street, and they joined me in my journey or whatever to escape Voldemort. That was a really weird dream, but it definitely was not a nightmare lol. In fact, I enjoyed that dream a lot.

I once had a nightmare that I was in my old house (at the time I had just moved a few months before, weird thing but all of my dreams were in that house for a few months), and it was super dark. My brain told me I had just gotten out of bed, even though I had no recollection of it. I was just standing there, staring at the wall, waiting for my eyes to adjust. As I stared at the wall, I saw my face flash before my eyes. Specifically, a mirrored image of my face. Even more specifically, my Messenger profile picture (I used Messenger at the time lol). It's not a scary image at all, not by any means. But for some reason, that was the most scared I can remember being in all of my life. My brain does this a lot while I sleep actually, it gives me vivid and intense emotions that have nothing to do with the dream. I also used to have dreams for a few months of my life that lasted only a few minutes. They were super random, but they had 2 consistent things about them. They were all vivid to the maximum extent, meaning I was actually there for every single one and remembered most of them for a while. Also, after a few minutes, I would figure out it was a dream, close my eyes as hard as I could, and open them to a new dream, thinking I woke up. That's actually the way I used to wake myself up when I was super young. There are a few "universes" my brain has created, and they all have their own unique people, and importance to me. I was actually aware they were dreams. The only one of them that I told anyone I knew it was a dream takes place at the playground in my elementary school. The kids there (who were actually trying to teach me to use magic at the time), were like "Ok cool" and then went back to what they were doing.

The scariest dream I've ever had was a dream within a dream. I dont remember what first dream was about, but when I woke up after the first dream I thought i was awake, but i actually wasn't. I woke up in a dark hellscape. Nothing but dull, gray darkness, when I was done looking around in my room I went out of my room into the kitchen. I've had before dreams about going to sleep in a dream, having a second layer, really abstract/trippy dream then "waking back up" into the original dream and telling dream characters about it, and them agreeing it was weird.

my weirdest dream was so long that i dont think i can even write it all. here goes nothing: it was my birthday and me and my friends were bored so we went outside on a "1000 mile journey" (idk). then like we were in these grassy hills like the windows xp background and the stonehenge was there. there was a baby bear sitting on one of the rocks and i pet it and then the bear screamed "MAMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" and the mama bear came running up at me and i got scared so my dad held me up in the air until the bears went away. then we were at a forest and there was a note on the floor and an infinity gauntlet. the note said "If you want to destroy us, you have to work for it first. -The Micky Mouse Club House". so we got the infinity gauntlet and looked for the stones. won was given to us by the note, one was in a lake, in a tree, in a cloud, and another one inside of a deer (i dont know how we found THAT one). then we found a giant abandoned mall in the middle of the forest and we each chose a couple of shops as our rooms. then we realised that the micky mouse club house was right next to the mall and then we had a full on war with nerf guns and rubber swords (???). me and my best friend got invisibility potions and snuck into their basement and there was a dungeon with chain paths that if you fell down then you would fall into the void. so then we found a tunnel with the last infinity stone and i got it, but then the walls started closing in on that tunnel. once it closed in i anime dived out just in time, then snapped the infinity gauntlet and then the MMCH was gone and we were back in the mall. the end. (lol) BUT! i think i remember at the mountains near that forest there was somebody watching us do this whole journey, and they were called "TheFatCat"

I had a dream last year where me and my friend went to a diner in the middle of nowhere. My friend was having apples while sitting next to these 3 weird looking creatures. Then all of the sudden, everyone started running to the door, mainly because there was a bunch of leeches climbing over the cafe wall. But when me and my friend tried to go, he yelled “[My name x2!] I’M STICKING TO THE APPLES!” Then the leeches ran up his back and legs and devoured him. Of course since my brain went to get a pack of Marlboro reds I stuck to the seat too, and the leeches ate my eyes, ears, mouth, and nose but the last thing I saw, was Nickado Avocado with a devious smile on his face.

But when I DO have dreams, they're wild as hell DREAM 1 I was like really young at this time, and I had a nightmare that my parents split up. I went with my mum, and my brother went with my dad. Cut to now, my parents have actually split up, and while both me and my brother stay with my mum, my brother visits my dad but I don't. DREAM 2 This one has come up TWICE. I'm in the middle of a forest, with some random old man, and we find a cozy wooden cabin in the forest. So me and this random ahh old man go inside, and he tells me that if I see the wolf, I don't tell it any number above 1. So I'm like wtf?? And then this giant wolf jumps from the ceiling, and starts chasing me. It's snapping it's jaws and says: "How many fingers of yours should I cut off??" I remember what the old guy said and say "0.1??" And the wolf just gives up. Then, we're all suddenly in the living room, the old guy's on a red arm chair opposite me, and the wolf is sleeping by the fireplace. Before anything else happens, I wake up. What the hell???? DREAM 3 Okay, this is one of the weirdest ones. I had a nightmare that Granny from the horror game cut me into pieces with scissors. Like the kind of scissors you see in primary school art rooms. I woke up, scared, then instantly began trying not to laugh. DREAM 4 My entire house was set on fire and I was the only one who survived. Woke up scared, but recovered quickly. Surprisingly, this was the most normal one. DREAM 5 Okay, get ready for the wildest story ever. It was the end of the school day, but I'd been held back a bit and my bus had left without me. Then, a girl from my old primary school that I barely every talk to shows up in the 'Gay Furry Car' which is literally just a rainbow taxi. Also, nobody told me that this car was named that, I just automatically knew it. Somehow. She offers to drive me home and I agree. Then I get texts from my mum, she thinks I'm leaving her because I missed the bus and wasn't home. So I facetime her, she's on the edge of a bridge and about to jump. She doesn't speak or anything. Then I look up from my phone and I'm no longer in the Gay Furry Car. Then my english teacher shows up in a regular black taxi, and tells me to get in. I just agree like this is normal. I'm looking at my phone again, and it's still just showing the edge of a bridge. I look up and my english teacher explains that there's an evil Gay Furry Car going around and chucking people onto the streets, and that she's going around to pick up anybody who's a victim to this. When I was in 6th and 7th grade I kept dreaming that I was in class but still somehow in my bed, and my teacher and some of the kids in my class wanted me to get out of bed but I always just ignored them. The thing was, I wasn’t always fully asleep when I was dreaming. I was still dreaming during the somewhat conscious periods when you toss and turn in your bed and fall back asleep, and I thought it was my teachers waking me up to do my work.

I had a dream that I completely remember, so this comment be long. In 6th grade, I had a dream when I woke up at 6:30 am, but it was broad daylight outside. I decided to take a walk after checking my phone (which I had in my dream for some reason) and saw a man that looked 6' 6", had a dark blue hoodie, black gloves, and orange trousers. In his left hand was a strawberry ice cream, which I saw him lick. The moment he took his first lick, he began to melt (which is why I think this is the weirdest dream I've ever had.) All I did was watch in horror, as the man wasn't screaming for help, like he accepted his fate. I watched him until he became nothing more than a dark blue, black, and orange puddle. I turned right and ran as fast as I could before waking up, and I told a few people that day about the dream. P.S. Don't worry, everyone! It only took me a week to mentally recover!

heres a few dreams i had before this one is very short i was sitting on the toilet and my dad was stuck in a shoe. i did nothing and watched as he tried to get out. ok now here's an actual dream so i was in a gumball episode and i had to help gumball and darwin not to get falsely accused by this delivery lady that was a troll. me, gumball, and dawrin kept trying to get their mom's package but we kept failing and nicole kept getting angry at us. i was watching the news and they were talking about a ghost that was terrorizing everybody. so then i looked at a baby on the sidewalk and it was making weird faces at me. i couldnt control my face so i started getting scared. and thats when i saw the ghost stare at me. the ghost kinda looked like the ghost pikmin but red (even though i've never even heard of pikmin at the time). i was looking at tv and then i saw a commercial for bob's furniture (its real if you didnt know). so the toy bob looking dude finished the commercial but what was weird was that bob kept staring at me. then my armpits started getting tickled. it felt more painful than ticklish. i tried escaping and screaming but i couldnt. bob kept staring at me and smiling while i was being tortured. i had one of those watches for kids where you could play games on it and take pictures and stuff. so on my watch, there was this game where i could catch monsters. it was kind of like pokemon go except when i encounter the monster, i have to make certain patterns. so in my dream. there was a different monster. a monster i've never seen before. the monster looked like the giant meatball poodle thing from tawog season 5 episode 32. (yes i am a gumball fan). the music though was different. it was actually creepy. when i looked up, the monster was there. the monster tackled me and pinned me onto some kind of pillow i had in my living room. i couldnt breathe and for some reason my family was standing there like npcs. one of the most common dreams i had (and still experiencing today), was experiencing a tornado. the first dream was that i was in a van with the youth church group. and i supposed that we were driving into the city. so we were just chilling and so i decided to look out the window. and so when i looked out the window, i saw lots of black clouds and a tornado swirling near us. we tried to drive as fast as we could but we got sucked in and that was the end. the second one was that i was on the school bus on the way to school. the sky looked greyish yellow. and so there was a tornado behind us. the bus drove fast. but when we got to a turn, he tried to turn but we fell down a cliff into a forest and that was the end. this next dream was short. i was getting in the car with my mom. and so i looked out the window and i saw a tornado moving so quickly. i screamed so loudly that the car jumped and broke and the tornado got me and my mom. i guess i keep having dreams like these because im very afraid of thunderstorms. i was upstairs in my bedroom admiring my amiibo collection. i decided to go downstairs and i saw the news. the news was showing off some really incredibly smash tourney and i saw that my discord friend was in 2nd place. i decided to go downstairs why i game to see my friend play in the tourney. and so for the tourney, it was like some kind of special stage. the stage was like norfair except the background was yellow and there was yellow mist in the background. my friend was roy i believe and i also saw spy in tf2. the music that was playing creeped me out. it was actually a slowed down version of the boss prelude from kirby's return to dreamland. oh yeah btw spy from tf2 was there.

I’ve been having a series of dreams where I’m 21 and drafted into WWIII alongside video game characters. The most memorable ones are the first one and the last one. The last one made me question my mental health. In the first one, I’m drafted into World War III and on the ride to the military place, I end up becoming friends with Sonic the Hedgehog. The dream just kinda cuts out there. In the last one, I’m out in a boat on patrol with Sonic and a Team Rocket guy breaks into the boat and next thing Sonic and I know, we’re out lost at sea. Some time later, we see the embodiments of life and death stand before us. We choose the path of unaliving, and we don’t go straight to the afterlife or reincarnation, but we get introduced to a bunch of random stuff in some sort of pathway to whatever happens next. The dream basically just ends once we reach the actual “great beyond.” That made me question my mental health.

Suddenly, the one I saw in his perspective, said: "guys look, a mineshaft!" the "mineshaft" was just a hole in the ground. Suddenly the dream cut to a big open field, also in Minecraft, with a sign saying: "Im coming to get you." When it appeared, I felt like my head got ran over by a rhino. I have spent so much time, trying to figure out the meaning of the dream, how it hurt me like that, and who... is coming to "get me"...

I had this totally normal dream about going to the ramen place with naruto, he used shadow clone jutsu and cloned himself x4 but cloned the tickets x6(what) so got 6 bowls. I was broke, so the dude running the store gave me a free ticket, i tore it to pieces cuz in my dream, i had a habit of ripping paper for no reason, i ate all the random food on the table, my sister was sitting there like a statue, i eventually got my ramen cuz i didnt destroy or eat the ticket this time. After food, we went to train. We were just walking on the sidewalk for no reason until he teleported in front of me, behind him was a really weird bike that didnt even look like a bike. then i got jumpscared by sakura for no reason and teleported behind naruto. Then i said "this is a sus looking bike". I grabbed on to the back and teleported on top of a car with 2 weird houses on it, i went to the one that naruto said had a door, but the other one had a smaller door, sasuke randomly appeared and walked through the door(literally), i couldnt fit through my door cuz physics, then the dream ended...

One of the weirdest dreams I had was. I was watching a bad movie in the dream. It was a kid’s movie. A bunch of people were sitting in a classroom. I think they were in high school. I guess I’ll tell my weirdest dreams like the rest of you. The first one happened when I was like four years old and somehow I remember all of it. I was in the basement of my old church with my Dad while hiding under some plastic fold up tables. We were “hiding” from a living trex fossil that was just walking around. I then hit it with a ping pong and it did a Lego video game enemy death animation. Then we teleport upstairs where my sister and I decide to talk to a door with a weird potato head-esc face (it just spoke in mumbles and we said nothing). Then we both grab a Chinese to go box full of cereal and chug them down. Weirdly this didn’t scare me when I was four but it scares me now. The second dream was very recent. For context my parents just bought a new house so I was pretty stressed out. I start out in a weird bedroom with no light and am trying to turn on lamp while my mom lays in a massive bed. I get angrier with every pull of the chain until my mom turns it on which still doesn’t brighten up the room. Suddenly we hear something weird and decide to go see what it was. We go to my sister who is sleeping in an impossible position and we move on. Then me and my mom go to an even weirder room with 3 clones of my dad repeating wizard. We try talking to him but he ignores us and keeps staring at a wall. All the sudden me and my mom teleport outside and the sky is shaking. I assume the house is cursed and since we couldn’t get my sister or dad I try to convince my mom to run. I get like 4 blocks into the forest before realizing she isn’t following me and I run back to get her. By this point I feel that stereotypical Hollywood feeling of stress and panic where your heart won’t stop. I see a guy behind my mom and try to get her away from him when I finally wake up. I was soaking wet in my own sweat and couldn’t sleep for 2 days.

I had this dream when I was really little where I'm standing outside in space, kind of floating, everything's all black, there's this giant all-black Epcot center sphere, except five mile across or so, and it's rotating on this giant marble platform thing or maybe it was the top of a building. There was this fast clicking/water dripping sound as it rotated and emitted perfect rows of geometric shapes. I know it's silly to be terrified of something like that, but I still get chills. I would wake up screaming every time I had that dream. I still get chills thinking about it. The scariest kind of dream though is where the first 99% is okay, then the last two minutes, WHAM. One that actually kind of traumatized me was the first in this "series" I had when I was 7, the first part was normal, I watched TV with family (although in retrospect, the program was really creepy and gave a very "uncanny valley" feel to it, the music was creepy yet cheesy), we went to the store, then went out to eat in this nice restaurant and the waitress asked what I wanted, then suddenly I'm back in my room, except it's pitch dark. Yet somehow I can see. I'm in my bed, frozen with fear, closet door is open, there's this giant evil black ball on the top shelf, it bounces out and lands on top of me, pinning me down, making a computerized vaguely female-sounding "vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv" sound paired with this vibrating/throbbing sensation. It's like an evil tickle that feels a primal kind of wrong. It does this for a few seconds, then it stops, then I wake up in my bed, still feeling the after effect of that horrid tickle sensation. I woke up crying and was afraid to go to sleep for months (but did anyway). From that night on, I had a night light in my room up through college. I told my roommates that the night light was so I didn't trip at night. But I knew the truth. I was scared of the dark. I had dreams that ended similarly over the years (one involving an evil shirt walking towards me and grabbing me and doing that). The evil ball and evil shirt dreams are the only ones that still scare me to think about to this day. I finally stopped using a night light once I learned a meditation technique soon after my 21st birthday, but I still have a night light in the hall just in case I go to the bathroom at midnight. It's silly, I'm 27 years old, own my own home, my own car, work for a living at a job I love and make decent money for here, yet recalling my scariest nightmares reduces me to the state of a frightened child. I know it's not real, but it's still scary.

I have two weird dreams, one of which returns every two-three years- So the first dream was about how I once fenced against an older, scrooge like looking man with icicles and after winning, he turned gigantic and started a rampage on my whole town before finding me again in the ruins of a house and crushing me with his shoes. There was this weird ass dream I kept on having, I was like in a shopping mall we lost our mom. The mall was big and empty, so then my little sister started crying. Then after an egregious amount of time we found her.hold on cause this is where it gets creepily weird, there was a timeskip back to when we were at home but home felt liminal it looked familiar but not ours. Then me and my little sister struck up a conversation while eating dinner in the dining room alone but the more she ate the more deformed she became, until I pointed it out and she seemed surprised for a second but then she started smiling. Then we cut to where she's on all four's chasing me in the house till j got cornered in the living room, I tried to use the objects around me but it all just phased through her until she got me. I woke up at like 2 am and my little sister was sleeping beside me and I was shook, I tried to go back to sleep multiple time but I never did till 4 am. For a few days I kept having the same nightmare, I even went as far as almost deciding not to sleep but the day I told on of my friend about the nightmare, the nightmare disappeared. From that day onwards I have never forgotten that nightmare.

I’ve had this weird and scary dream before where I was in an alternate world, I had to enter my apartment room through a vent which had 3 gray blocks at the end I had to push down, the lights were blue instead of yellow, and outside there was a box that had a red circle made of chalk drawn around it, and an arrow pointing to it, also made of chalk, saying “DO NOT OPEN.” The school bus I had was instead black with green neon signs on it. The school was not different at all. Also, the bus was double decker for whatever reason. TJ-Maxx had this giant black and neon green octopus clipping through all the shelves. Nobody in my dream understood that everything is all goofed up. It felt like the dream lasted for months. This was my scariest dream I ever had. I am *NOT* joking about this.

Oh man 😂. Now I'm a bit of a weirdo so my dreams have always been pretty odd. I remember when i was a kid, i had this dream were i went to the store with my mom and picked out some awesome cereal to eat. Went to sleep that nite with the box on my beds book shelf. When i woke up in the real world, i was looking allover my room for this cereal, only to realize it was a dream😢. When i got older i use to have these dreams that i was somehow still in school, so it could be summer vacation or after high school. Those always haunted me cause i would be like, hey i finished all my classes with good grades, i don't belong here! Then when I got even older and moved out, I would have these dreams where my parents would think it would be this great idea to come live with me. Worse part is they would make all sorts of noises, start taking over your place, and even end up making huge messes and breaking your stuff.

I completely understand the vibrating thing. I had that 4-6 times in one night, and it was torture. It was right after a nightmare, and later on, while the vibrating was happening, I heard a male voice saying “shh, be quiet” THIS WAS WHILE I WAS AWAKE BY THE WAY. In conclusion, dreams suck.

One of my weirdest dreams: One time I had a dream where I was in this hallway that had various decor. It was about a mile long, and in the dream, once I reached the end of it I came across some people who said I had a tumor inside of my leg. So they also said that if it wasn't surgically removed, I'd die in a week. And it for some reason had to be done while I was FULLY AWAKE AND CONSCIOUS. The options were to die or have the surgery. But there's a twist: Unlike normal surgeries when you're awake the whole time that have painkillers, this one, you'd have no painkillers, and was 2 hours to complete. So the options were to die or go through an excruciatingly painful surgery that involved cutting a large hole in my leg with tools and blades, and then removing the tumor, that or die. So I had a crisis in the dream that felt like 1 hour. But in the end of the dream I accepted the surgery. It felt literally so real and realistically *-PAINFUL-* despite being a dream. So the surgery was completed, and I didn't die in the dream, and I didn't woke up in a cold sweat. Yay???????

When I was 5 or 6, everytime I watch a mortein ad, I get a week of nightmares of the mortein mascot, now when a mortein ad pops ups, I cover my ears and close my eyes and I still do it to this day.

I've had plenty of dreams that have given me genuine PTSD. My nightmares aren't the regular "being late" or "can't find my way to class", when I wake up from those it's like 'huh, weird dream" then go back to sleep. Oooooh, the nightmare where you feel like getting tased upon waking up sounds like my nightmares. You feel this weird vibrating/throbbing evil tickle sensation that makes you feel deeply violated and hear a loud computerized "vvvvvvvvvvvvvv" sound, right? It feels strongest at where the thing doing it touches me. Those often end with me getting sucked into this black hole that magically appears. Things go dark as I get pulled in and the "vvvvvvvv" gets louder and louder. I then wake up and still feel the after-sensation of the horrible vibrating/throbbing tickle sensation. Or maybe you're referring to something more benign, the myoclonic jerk where you wake up like you feel like a car battery being started by jumper cables. Those supposedly happen after stage 1 or stage 2 sleep where your body's going into deep sleep, but at times it wakes you up. Speaking of deep sleep...... My worst dreams were night terror dreams. In fact, I don't even know if they can be called dreams. When I was really little, I'd have a dream that lasted a few seconds. Stuff like the universe had collapsed into a line or that I was a one-dimensional line and nothing exists except me or that I'm not real, just a figment of someone's imagination and I'll stop existing when they stop thinking about me, or that I'm a nail and the only other thing that exists is a hammer that's hitting me forever and ever. I'd wake up but not really be awake, I thought I was awake and everything I dreamed was real. There would be spiders or snakes everywhere, the ceiling would melt and fall down on me or the walls would grow infinitely high and the ceiling would disappear into blackness. I'd be screaming and my parents would come in to comfort me but I thought they were evil entities impersonating my parents who wanted to hurt me. I apparently shouted a bunch of nonsense but I can remember saying "YOU'RE NOT MOMMY! YOU'RE NOT DADDY! I WANT REAL MOMMY AND DADDY!" and once I heard crying which I thought was the demon being found out, turned out I woke up my baby brother. They say you usually don't remember night terrors, but the key word is usually, because I remember some of mine. There was also this one time there was this giant sphere that looked like the Epcot Center sphere only much bigger, solid black, everything was solidly black of pure blackness, and it was sitting/rotating on this giant marble platform or building emitting rows of perfect geometric shapes, some I can't even describe. And there was this fast clicking/water dripping sound. That one scared me the most when I was little and I'm still terrified thinking about it. The night terror portion wasn't as bad because I saw my parents as my parents but I kept trying to alert them that the big ball was going to get me.

My scariest dream was when I was in a pool swimming for what felt like hours, then I was suddenly teleported into my room abruptly and the tone changed quickly. Instead of the cheers of my family, I heard nothing but buzz, in spite of the vibrant, lively colors of the pool, I was instead in bleak, muted colors of black and red. I was overcame with dread randomly, I was slow with each movement in fear of what would come. Randomly, my little brother's tiny toy car sort of like, no clipped through the wall? It was weird but I remember it doing the same thing as how SpongeBob went through the metal door as weird as a comparison that is, it even made noise as it slowly came into my room. Once it did, I played with it but with caution, I always felt as if something would go wrong at any second. I forgot to mention, my little sister was also with me in this room but suddenly, all things in my room disappeared except for me, and then opening my door that seemed to lead to a white void. I stepped into it, since it was really my only escape at that point, and I know it sounds silly but a figure surrounded in black smoke with only it's eyes and lips had appeared in my sight with zero introduction, I imagine this was the antagonist of this dream lol. Anyway the thing had words appear overhead of my view, it read: "don't look, I'm scared", it was strangely funny but also horrifying, I truly cannot describe with words how I felt throughout this entire dream. It wasn't scary per say but I felt as if this was the scariest thing to ever happen in my life. Continuing on, I stepped further into the void, as I continued to open the doors the other rooms also got longer with it. At the final room, the room had lengthened when I got to the door, it had morphed to a larger size than before and it almost seemed as if the door was infinitely far away. As I pressed on, the thing appeared once again, it made no noise as it appeared on my view, and just as quick as it appeared I had woken up. I was petrified after that, I can't describe why this dream was so scary to me, something about it's entire atmosphere was something only a dream could do, in my mind, only dreams can be this terrifying..

I had this dream and it was a sleep paralysis dream. So I was in my living room and I was a camera. And in my living room was a skatepark and these humanoid animals were skateboarding. Then there’s a knock at the door, the camera pans to the door, then you see this pair of human eyes looking through the window. That’s where it ends, and this recurred once, but the first time when I woke up from it, there was this big black figure on all fours with a shell. It kinda looked like a turtle but also not. It was BITING MY RIGHT BIG TOE! I tried screaming, but I couldn’t. After it was over, my right big toe hurt like someone squished it. Then like 3 weeks later I had the dream again but I didn’t have the sleep paralysis the second time. Then I never had it again.

Edit: i want to do another dream :P 2: I was in te backrooms for some reason, a monster came and started doing weird poses, i tried to wake up, but it was one of those dreams that is really hard to wake up, i tried to wake up for 10 minutes, and then i could. weird. Ah, bad dreams. The one I remember as my oldest one was: I went with my class to this playground or smth idk and then there was this like thing that was pulling me down a hill and I was basically getting tortured. Then after that, there was this really weird one where I lived underground, and whenever I saw this weird tiny fish guy walk along the window, my mom turned into some kind of goofy ahh killer doll. The scariest dream I've ever had tho, was for some reason, I was putting my shoes on on the front porch of my house, and the whole world faded into darkness. There in front of me I saw a terrifying face that was going to eat me. I tried to open my eyes, because I knew it was a dream, but for some reason it felt like my eyes were glued shut, and then the face started laughing like he knew what I was tryna do, so then he ate me and my eyes shot open. And then I was like "Nah bruh. I'm out". 4:24 Yeah. Once upon a time, I saw a KZbin video that I was probably too young for. I was shaking uncontrollably the whole night.

I usually don't have a dream but when I do, ITS WEIRD ALRIGHT. How? My mind just straight up goes "Uhhh.. he isn't thinking of anything so... what do I do? Oh, I know now! Gather random memories and combine them into one to make a dream! Great idea!" and it gathers random memories like I just said and most of the time I see a sky that is a completely random color besides normal blue and it looks like a freaking backrooms level and everything glitches and its chaos while I just sit there wondering what the hell is happening in front of me.

My worst dream is where I went to school early, so early that it was still dark outside. There was a big storm going on and it was messing with the electricity. So I was sitting in the cafeteria which was the only room that had the lights on. I was not alone, though, I was sitting with a few other kids and a teacher. Then I decided I'd check the elementary hallway for some reason. I was too scared to go alone so my friend volunteered to go with me. We walked to the end of the hallway and then my friend yelled "Something is there!!" so we started running and THE DAMN THING WAS CHASING US! Right before we made it back to the cafeteria I got caught by the monster. My friend didn't notice and kept running while I was getting who-knows-what by the monster (probably killed).

I have a dream that a big thunderstorm will gonna suck me out of the windows of my highschool back then, ironic enough then my actual highschool have the same window as the one in the dream (I have that dream before even knowing what my highschool will gonna look like) The best part is that thunderstorm never happened and no I didn't get suck out of the window by it mostly because it don't exist But that dream did influence my life quite a bit back then cause I don't want to sit near that window in anyway shape or form just incase that dream were true or something
