I have to say, that is a wonderful cover. I really like the grunge feel of the guitar and the fact you took the high parts of the harmony to do solo. I notice on the live versions, The Cranberries took the low part to solo, and IMO its the high part that gave it the Gaelic or Celtic feel. Wonderful voice. That's an excellent cover. It hold true to the song and gives your own vibe to it. Excellent.

Imma be honest...needs some polish. Vocals are not quite in key in parts, and the instruments sound plain. Polish it up some more, then post it. Otherwise you have a good foundation for your starting point. This is only my opinion take as you will

Everyone starts to somewhere. I agree though, the vocals need some work. I think it comes down to the structure of the song. Just lacks proper structure and energy.

I think the drums could do more to drive it ( in some spots), but the guitars were very good. The vocals carry this song. Delores O'Riordan was a Celtic singer. Its the lilt in the voice that makes it captivating. This singer captures some of that with adding a little grunge to it. IMO, this is one of the best covers I've heard of it. Everyone has their opinion. I'm a big big fan of Celtic singers, I really like this cover.
