@DreamStreetLife while other say the producers wanted the boys to leave their normal life of school & friend, give up practically everything and fully focus on the band. Which the parents didn't want to do... but I find it hard to believe that the producers wanted the boys to do drugs and have sex with fans, I don't see the logic to that.
