@@ilmssfml I’m just saying that it’s completely disrespectful to go directly against a creator’s CONFIRMED INFORMATION and claim the opposite of CANON INFO. You can have an AU all you want, but you shouldn’t make videos on a topic you clearly know nothing about.It’s an entirely new AU at this point loosely based on DreamSwap because nothing is remotely similar to the canon story. There was clearly no research put into the DreamSwap AU before making this video. I’m not at all saying: “You have to make your video 100% canon”, I’m saying that you have to make it actually resemble the AU you’re claiming the video is of. It’s as if the creator of the videos found the designs and just went at making the videos without any research. Also: the claim of “it’s a headcanon” doesn’t work here. A headcanon is something that doesn’t majorly effect the story like: “Dream has reading glasses as to not strain his eyes because he reads a lot” or “Error is the only person in the Meme Squad that can actually cook”, these are headcanons, they don’t majorly effect the story. “Blue has the magic strings” is an event that would alter the story, thus making it an aspect of a new AU rather than a headcanon.

Even if at the beginning of the AU, Ds Ink was soulless and used the vials by time to time, Ds Dream hate them because they make him feel like Ds Ink emotions were fake. Now the story is different, Ds Ink isn’t soulless, and he didn’t come from an abandoned Au, he was experimented and trained to create a “human weapon”, “the vials” are electro-shocks, used by the people that keep him captive to try to control him and activate them with some words, Ds Ink do have emotions but after that much time captive he doesn’t know how to detect them. Pd. I do like the video, is really well done, thank you for made it, and sorry for my english it's not my main language

@@eenigma2663It was originally that he stopped using his vials as much because Dream didn’t like how the artificial emotions felt, but then Dreamswap was retconned to be more separate from the Undertale AUs So, the original skeleton version was SOULless and took paints sometimes, but the retconned human version does have a SOUL and doesn’t have the vials.

Not trying to be rude but here are some dreamswap ink facts: 1. He does have a soul 2. He used to be cross’s friend but after offering him work he left cross(which is why cross hates dream so much) 3. His “vials” are actually electroshock mechanisms that he uses to behave certain ways 4. He was in an au where magic was uncommon and was picked up as a child in the military to be a human weapon 5. He barely remembers his past after he accidentally escaped his au (Not trying to hate I liked your video and your head cannons!)

oooh i'd reccomend reading the wiki on Dreamswap or at least skim some of their details because Ink doesn't have any vials in dreamswap! He has some kind of electroshock things which make him act in different ways (?) kind of like the vials but idk.. I think a lot of people make reactions without actuallyknowing much abt the canon. the deigns and reaction are truly beautiful though I'd enjoy it more if there was more things closer to canon Or is it your own au?
