I just finished this video and I have to say this: This has got to be one of the most emotional roller coasters of a video I have ever watched. It provided a lot of drama, which I loved, and I genuinely felt how these characters felt via their reactions. Even if you don't continue making videos like this, I'll still come back to this video every once in awhile to see how much I care for these characters. These characters mean the world to me and you making this video just... Just made me realize how much they mean to me. And not just me either but to many people. Ok, but long story short, 10/10 video. Would definitely recommend. Please keep making videos like this, and even if you don't, I'll still be here watching this and crying over these characters. Speaking more about the general question. I think it may have to do with the fact that Nightmare's goop is theorically supposed to block any attack that isn't coming from Positivity (so, Dream is the only one who is supposed t be able to hurt him and fight him) Plus, as long as Error doesn't manage to trap Nightmare's soul in his string, as a result he won't be able to hurt him unless he succceed in it. And... there is likely the fact that given Error favored tactic is the tie up people with his strings, this is useless on people like Ink and Nightmare who can just melt and reform elsewhere. So, while Error is stronger, Nightmare is an horrible match up because he can barely do anything to him. (and it is without taking in account the fact that Nightmare would absorbed Error's growing frustration and become stronger in the fight... plus the possibility to exploit the haphephobia)
