For the frosting: Melt the butter (use a pot for this) Once the butter is melted add heavy cream and let it heat up so like a minute or so Add melted chocolate (or chocolate chips), sugar and cocoa and mix for a couple of minutes (around 3-5 minutes) set it aside and let it cool down. As for the measurements Im not too sure on this, I will play around it to figure that out. *orrr my mom makes hers frosting this way* 1 stick of butter (or half a stick its just to keep the stuff together) let it melt before adding the rest add 1/3 milk (or heavy cream) Get a couple spoonfuls of nutella. (If you want it runny once its cooled use like 3-4, if you want it thicker add more. It will harden to a fudgy texture if u refridgerate for like a day it anyways) Let it cook and mix for about 2-4 minutes before setting it aside to cooldown to room temp then refridgerate it ^^^ this taste heavenly for when I make my cakes. For the cake a simple one is to use the betty cake mix (instead of the recipe as instructed use 2 sticks of butter instead of oil, 4 eggs, and milk instead of water of the same measurement) ^^^ I can assure you this is delicious.

I halve a friend who is SUCH a chocoholic that we were at a wedding reception where there was a chocolate fountain with fruit and pound cake - he took over a glass (meant for punch, of course) and he filled it with the chocolate from the fountain! Now I love chocolate, but that’s too much for me! (The couple has three lovely teenage boys and just celebrated their 24th anniversary!)
