This is the first time ever in the history of KZbin I have ever seen a home in Ghana that actually matches the price. edit: I don't know why my brain thought this was 2.5 million cedis, and not dollars. It's still ridiculously expensive and is clearly marketed to non Ghanaian people, but compared to ALL the other houses shown on KZbin in Ghana, it's still a closer match in price than what is usually shown.

This house is very typical of what you see here in South Africa with stones/concrete and wood combination but, that price is more than double what you'd expect to pay even in Joburg. The garden is also beautiful and the setting is perfect. I hope to see more stones being used and gardens in new Ghana developments.

Yup they are dime and dozen these types of houses in all of South Africa, not just Johannesburg but in South Africa it’d be barely carry a 100 thousand dollars price tag, they just have better builds and better value there…houses a bit expensive in Ghana it seems. I suspect the design is copied from there but I’m glad to see it in Ghana as it sits beautifully in the hills of Accra too…also they’ve created a semi self sustaining home which is great

Great layout, great views, the pool definitely sells the property. But the choice of materials is one of the most confused I've ever seen, almost feels like the video the owners saw that inspired the pool was one of many that made it hard for them to pick a consistent theme. Poor use of space, and furniture/fixture choices are just not great. It's a great start, the new owners will have a lot of work to do...
