Eric McNeal built his own Earth Bag Home in Ghana several years ago before starting Migrating Culture Crossings a sustainable development located only 2 hours from Accra’s Kotoka International Airport in the mountains close to Somanya with houses for sale from 1 - 4 bedrooms Made from earth bricks and fully off grid with boreholes and solar energy this development will have its own organic farm, dam, gym, swimming pool, 24/7 security and more! Building in Ghana isn't something everyone is willing to do themselves that's why having a house built for you in Ghana can often be the perfect choice.

Homestead buildings are almost always affordable in the U.S., so I can understand why he is being so reasonable in the amount he charges to build the homes. I think he should charge a little more to get the roads done. It’s very affordable, but I think 3 years is a little too long, and I think the time frame should be 1-1.5 years.
@EricIsFree
@EricIsFree 11 күн бұрын
Actually the 3 year wait time is only if the buyer wants to take advantage of our half price home promo. They can get it quicker if they want to pay more. The roads will be done, but this is not the West where public corporations have hundred million dollar budgets to do the roads and infrastructure up front. Trying that here is a recipe for failure.

How can black Americans move to Ghana and buy a house when the government keeps tearing them down. When the people of Ghana know your and American they automatically hike the prices up on everything that you want to buy. Also, they don’t see black Americans as their long lost relatives or family they see us as foreigners.
@EricIsFree
@EricIsFree 7 күн бұрын
Ghana is one of the most peaceful and stable countries on the continent of Africa and the government does not simply tear down houses for no reason. Yes, the country has its fair share of problems, but in the end, the good far outweighs the negatives and Ghana is what you make it.

It is nice to see someone making it in Africa. One thing I'd like to add about the GI bill is they do not cover bachelor degrees, but only Associates degrees. The reason why I bring this up is I wanted to be a mechanical engineer but there is no associates degree in mechanical engineering thus when I finished all of my general education I wasn't able to follow my dreams due to this miss communications of what was actually being offered by the military. The sad part is I let it be known right up front what my goals were but they just saw a body to be used for their interest. In the end I had to give up my dream of becoming a mechanical engineer as I simply couldn't afford to go to college on my own. I still have dreams of moving to Africa but the USA keeps our people so broke it's hard to save much of anything as they have us living paycheck to paycheck. But I keep hope alive that one day I'll be able to move back home to the land of our forefathers and live out my golden years in the service of YAH the creator of all things. Oh, I wanted to ask about that older lady that was making homes out of palm wood, can you do a follow up video on her?
@EricIsFree
@EricIsFree 10 күн бұрын
When I received money from the military for college there was no restriction on what type of degree. They simply gave you the money each month and you paid your college tuition until the money was gone. So, I had to plan wisely. But some of my education was supplemented by scholarship money, internships, co-operative work, and work study.
@h2opower
@h2opower 10 күн бұрын
@@EricIsFree I didn't find out until it was too late. But I am glad for you as at least someone got to finished what they started. I didn't let what I had learned go to waste though as I used the science to figure out a technology that was thought long gone after the inventor took how to do it with him in death. I made good use of the scientific method but I owe everything to the most high YAH as it was the dreams he sent me that lead me to the truth of how the technology actually worked. As for the military I just wish they would be upfront with people as I risk life and death to go to college to only be told latter on that they do not cover Bachelor degrees when it was time for me to transfer to the other college. But as I stated it was not a total loss as I used the skills I gained to do other things.

Sorry, but people eat animals all over the world and animals eat other animals all over the world, so it will be impossible to live somewhere that animals are not being killed for food. But each individual gets to determine whether or not they want to eat meat and that is perfectly fine. I was vegetarian for about 12 years, but now I eat meat.

@@EricIsFree The comment was not about eating meat. It’s about animal slaughtering occurring within the neighborhood. Does it stop at rabbits or can the neighbors slaughter chickens, goats, hogs, etc on their private property? The sounds and screams of animals and sight of bloody carcasses would be unsettling for sure.

Before 'civilisation/industrialization', people went to hunt and slaughtered their own animals in their private homes, and yes, we still do. This is nothing new to those who can and like to trace the source of their food...

you are such a crybaby with your comment. If you don't like the video because people eat rabbits then go hug a transformer, please. Nobody cares about how you feel.
