Of all the developers I have listened to, this guy has the smartest and most realistic concept so far. This will work very well in a developing country like Ghana, which faces challenges with waste disposal and pollution in some areas. His eco-friendly and biodegradable concepts check all the boxes for me. Developers don’t need all those million-dollar homes that less than 1% of the population can afford. He will do very well. This is a community I wouldn’t mind living in.

Kudos to you and your building project. I ve done the this on a smaller scale. I built a home off grid. Dug a borehole, using Solar Energy to light the house. I do small farming like pumpkin, peppers, maze. Only moved here in November 2nd not a week yet. Took a little longer to build cause of the rainy season. I want the metal fencing because it's more natural looking then the block fencing. I ll grow heges to add to private looking living space. I collect rain water by a slanted roof and pipes that connects to a Polytank. Used for washing ND watering my farm.

Been saying this for years; Africa is the best place to invest. Everywhere else if "full" so to speak. The only reason to hold back is how dysfunctional the government can be. In countries like Cameroon, you have the chinese who have been making plans over there for well over a decade now. I pray many more African-Americans take a chance with us before it's too late.

He speaks of Organics n natural healing techniques but will sacrifice the life of an innocent animals n eat dead carcasses ! This is total insanity! Animals have souls like humans n they definitely have feelings. You’re only creating more problems for yourself. Barbarism at its finest! Thank you. Yes, I'm very familiar with tilapia and catfish and the reasons why many prefer not to eat them. But if you know anything about Ghana, you know that tilapia is pretty much a staple of their diet. So, anyone trying to go against that trend should be prepared to lose money.

@@EricIsFreeBut we Voltarians never farmed tilapia… it’s always been our cultural fish. The Keta Lagoon breeds them naturally and so does the Volta. Farm raised tilapia comes in boxes from China. If you want natural fishes to eat, visit the Volta Region. We even have red tilapia which usually breed at the estuary where the Volta and sea merge. We Voltarians started eating tilapia before the rest of Ghana caught on. We also introduced salted tilapia originally called #Akpatogui aka #Koobi to Ghana. Tilapia is the Chinese farm raised hybrid… The wild-caught Voltarian Specie is and have always been called #Akpa … You guys can eat the fake ones but we Voltarians will never stop eating our Ancestral traditional fish. Our catfish is also organic wild-caught and so are our prawns 🦐 and lobsters 🦞 called #Borlu… When you eat natural wild-caught Akpa aka tilapia, you taste the rich silt, mangrove and water plants of the Volta, within the rich flesh of the fish… We venerate nature and creation in our traditions so we actually hate fake foods… #StopEatingFakeChineseTilapia #EatAkpaTheVoltaWildCaughtTilapia

I was shot at in my home last year. I was in my kitchen holding a newborn. A man hid in my garage hiding from the cops. My dog was acting odd so i went to open the door and boom. I almost got hit with birdshot. Everett Washington May 19 2023. I did a dna test and my dna shows old hunter & gatherer blood. Going back home to Africa looks pretty good right now. A home that size with land would be 400k here. & people would fight over it and drive the price up. This video made me cry. I have hope some might get out. 600K GO MISSING IN THE US YEARLY. numbers dont lie. Our people are being hunted and destroyed by a number of growing factors. In 5 years time iv spent 100k on rent. Rent is 1700 a month here. Pearls of hope are in Ghana. I ordered a basket from the land after the dna test. I need to pack it and go home.

This is an amazing, stupendous undertaking. I love the concept of the pod, off-the-grid neighborhood. It is wonderful to know who is living next to you. I would like to have my own little garden on my own property to grow mustard greens and spinach. I will want to eat fish every day. I will eat rabbit as long as I do not have to see it alive prior to the prep of the meat.I will want to have a public space/building for teaching both academic and home economics classes. I will want to have solar panels installed on my house. There’s far too many negative comments on here from people who probably have never done anything impactful in their lives. Thank you for taking a vision with its obstacles and pressing forward overcoming the barriers even with what the government has done with the water rerouting system. Build a fishing pier.
