A buddy of mine from work, his dad in the navy did wood carving during his service, passed away in the house. My buddy found an unfinished huge wood piece of a horse that was his dads, so ill finish it and give it back. Well done Jordy:)

Jordy you are totally right. Going to church once or twice a week does not make a person a better Christian. She may believe differently but It's about being a good person rather your at home or in traffic or in your backyard , it's believing in Jesus every day and being a loving giving.person in his name and (Not just on Sundays). ok enough from me. Back to the carving. I love the eagle at the turned end of and the wood spirit is always an awesome thing you do. Thanks for sharing. Keep looking for that brunette... LoL 😂. Be well my friend.

Couple of nice sticks there Jordy, I think the crooked stick is Beech that's the most used over here in the UK coz of the straight grain easy to bend but strong and hard wearing.

Great little carvings. I'm sorry for your friends loss. That girl sounds like a headache. My answer to people who asked me why I stopped going to church was that God created the mountains and the trees, but man created church, I'm not really a beleiver anymore, I've seen too many children dieing, when they haven't had time to live.

Hello Jordy. Yep those burrs are in your amazon store, I got them, and they work great on birch (which is the type of wood I use mostly). I use them all the time. I just have to remember to go with the grain or it rips the wood. Thanks again. My idea, as always, is drift wood with negative space(you could carve anything - wood spirit, owl…), They are my favorite. I am also just about finished with my Spirit of the Whale Challenge piece and I’m using all of the techniques you taught me… Thanks for the video and Happy 50th!!

Hi Jordy, I like the way you just walk into a thrift store and come up with ideas for what items that you find. I was just on somebody’s podcast that makes yarn bowls, out of bowls they find at thrift stores. You carve a fancy Y shape so that the yarn sits in the bowl and runs through the curled end of the Y and doesn’t fall on the floor when you’re knitting and pull out the yarn. That seems like a pretty good idea. What size thickness do you think that Walkingstick was? I have some branches from a tree that I could probably do that with. I just wasn’t sure what the width should be. I loved your storytelling and I’m not offended by it at all. That’s exactly how I feel. Thanks for the video!😎

Hi Jordy... Storytime...only you can give us a story and the bald truth at the same time.. The discovery of Ed's family member mst have been horrific...I'm sorry for your loss Ed... I don't know about the circumstances of his health and age but many elders have difficulty keeping up with daily needs..both health wise or domain...that's why I am my brother's caretaker...it happens but that may not be what they intend...may God rest his soul... Now the young lady sounds like a handful...church is really for sinners yet the self righteous love to be better than thou art and attend for social points...something like the scoring they're trying to press onto the citizens...God Knows Your Heart...your belief and continued striving to be pleasing to God..not her..is between you and God... there's even a passage that says keep to your own closet..which means you have your relationship with God and do not have to publicly please her... I pray every night for others and thank God for my bounty...man may think I'm poor..and by many standards I am..but not by that which God has granted me... I am truly blessed..as are you !...I know you make things happen.. you're not waiting for others to give you handouts..you make it happen...the bounty is the ability and opportunity to do or have...as you well know.. everything can be taken away in a second...perhaps the injury was your chance to be more than a rabble-rouser..to be more than you were...and God saw you love and now you pass on your blessings..to Thousands... Ok..enough..you are a madman..you are a teacher..you are self driven..you are blessed...continue to be a blessing and pleasing to God & Jesus..for the son brought forgiveness and compassion so we may be saved...🙏💚🙏...🌿🌿🌿

I carved a walking stick with a snake wrapped around it. Symbol of Asclepius for healing. It took a long time to carve. Gave it to someone as a gift. I was told he burned it in a fire pit because he is religious and snakes are evil spirits. (So much for religion) ~Bunnie~ Hop Hop

Love them both!! I did a couple walking sticks and a cane, not as good as yours. Haven’t been to church in 50+ yrs. I love Jesus, Jesus loves me, end of story! Sometimes some people get overwhelmed with there religion or other beliefs,they start to contradict there own point? Amazing!..Also Jordy I already explained, know matter how beautiful she is… there’s at least one son of bitch that hates her fricking guts!! 🫶🏻
