I've heard it said that "sometimes you get what you don't pay for." Translated sometimes cheap isn't better. I'm saving up for the 4300. Maybe Dremel will have a discount for a late wood carving bloomer like myself. Can't believe I'm almost 67 and I can't wait to start carving. My Dad had every tool in the world but I tended to hurt myself with hammers and such. He joked about having me sign a waiver each time I borrowed one. But I digress . . . thank you so much for your videos. They are entertaining, educational and inspiring.

Boy, if I took a shot every time you say "right here" I would be dead in under a minute, lol. No, seriously, thank you for a great learning video. I just started myself and it's kinda hard to hold the bigger Dremel tool for any length of time without my hand cramping up, So I bought the ones that you have in your box there. Much easier on the hands.

Just got my Dremel 4000 with the flex shaft today. Ready to jump into Dremel Wood Carving. So glad your video was one of the first I viewed. Your emphasis on basic concepts impressed me as the smartest way to proceed. Although appearing simple, boring, and repetitious, it reminded me of the Karate Kid, "Wax on, wax off".
