Nae and Dre, the reason why Godzilla and Kong teamed up against Skar King is because Skar King poses a massive threat to the Hollow Earth and the surface. He wanted to rule the planet with an iron fist. He's the one that started the ancient Titan war between Gojiras and Kongs, which is why Godzilla has a rivalry with Kong. Also, both Godzilla and Kong are here to maintain peace and keep the natural order within balance. Skar King abused the majority of his tribe through slavery and used a Titan called Shimo as a weapon and controlled her through a crystal against her own will. Also, Shimo is a female Titan that has the ability to control ice and massive climate change abilities. She was the one responsible for the Ice Age 11,700 years ago. Skar King wanted a second Ice Age to plunge the planet into an eternal winter that would killed all life on the planet. Fortunately, Godzilla and Kong managed to work their differences out and saved the planet.😊
