Actually you'd be surprised how many do, it's a simple study, the woman's body, just like the man's is already explained, people just have to research into it.

Not only that. He explains it from medical point of view. Its so important that people understand clearly what is happening to them biologically so that they can do what they need to do to stay healthy. It's easier said than done when we tell ourselves to exercise but an in-depth understanding of how our body functions work can make a whole lot of difference.

I am 75 years old, walk 1 to 1-1/2 hours daily with my dog, follow your chart, and weight lift daily, 8 lbs, 12 reps of 6 arm exercises. My arms are muscular and so are my legs. I need to sleep more at night, but I do take a short nap every day. I also recommend doing 25 to 30 female pushups daily. I love your videos.

Wow! That's really awesome that you've committed to doing such positive things in your life. I'm 61, and I wish I'd started long ago to make better choices with regard to eating and exercising. I do it for awhile, and then I slide back into bad habits. I'm starting to turn it around to doing more good now for my body. Eating clean and walking. I've lost 15 pounds so far. How do you sustain the routine? Just curious. Thank you.

Omg!!! I have to comment so I am a former professional dancer for 30 years. Im in my 50s now I love being active but sometimes your body just doesnt react the same way it did in your 20s and 30s Ive been doing arm workouts with weights for years with minimal results. I came across this video and just did the no weight arm work out in the link. This is genuis when training as a dancer or in rehearsals this is the pain I was looking for! It has zero to do with weights! all the choreography as a showgirl, hip hop and jazz dancer has so many arm movements just like this video our arms were always trim and slim and cut. Although I still teach I havent felt this good pain in a long time. I will be doing the exercises every day and trashing the weights. I encourage everyone who wants to lose inches in your arms to do this everyday even multiple times a day. Its proven back to basics and really works! Best Wishes all!

@@joolspools777 when I had to lose weight I did walk everyday. I figured out a Mike and a half in my car. It was a little lake I liked. I could get myself to walk there everyday. Otherwise yes I would say start small. Don’t stress out about distance or frequency. Then build it up gradually. Stress hormones really sabotage weight loss. So if it’s too much, do less. If you have chores around the house, that’s great exercise too.

Loved your style of teaching so much, I've adopted the methods and tried the Health Keto regime under your tutaledge! Wow, what a turnaround from the age old Atkins everyone tried in the 80s! Thank you sincerely, for every class on how to regain my health! This all started with a video after being diagnosed with fatty liver! I've followed your direction for only 1 month now and the results are amazing! Intermittent fasting and the Kiefer smoothie are working wonders on everything. I've dropped 16 lbs, have more energy, and overall feel positive again that bad health can be reversed! Thank you! Sincerely Gina E.

I've been told I'm a good listener. The bad thing about that is you have a lot of people coming to you to vent and tell their problems too. Even the gossipers want to grab your ear. I started having problems with my heath. Feeling anxious and stressed. Trouble with sleeping, thinking about people's troubles and worries about them. Mostly people would just complain but when you try to give advice about something so obvious to help they wouldn't listen. I had to stop this. I started avoiding the worst ones. Only talk to people who are my true friends, which are very few. I discovered that some people never want solutions to their problems and aren't ever happy. Very negative attitudes. I was letting it affect my health. I feel much better and sleep a lot better now. I avoid toxic people like they have the plague now.

At 40 I thought I was going through Menopause as I had severe hit flashes, huge mood swings and started gaining weight in my stomach where traditionally I gained evenly all over but my waist and stomach would still be fairly trim and flat. I struggled for about five years which I was told I was too young for menopause, I could be in perimenopause which can last ten years....no real answers. Fast forward 12 years, I’m 52 and now just starting to have irregular menstruation. Now I have rolls on my waist which is something I am not used to and of course my stomach is much larger. Yes, I have made eating mistakes some that we're obvious but some that we're not until recently. There is too much to write about including autoimmune disease which also occurred at 40, as you said everything fell apart! I actually eat small portions but had been eating multiple times a day to rev my metabolism. I am just starting intermittent fasting and cutting sugar. I am relationship ever to know that there is effective tools I can use. I have found most doctors have not been helpful as they just say eat a Mediterranean diet and don’t do any of the Keto fads, etc. Thank you!!!!❤❤❤

A note to the woman who is stuck. At the age of 41 I finally told my husband of 21 years that I couldn’t live with him anymore. It has been 23 years and I’m great. I am at peace and have never been happier. It is amazing to be able to sleep at night without being afraid. You need to start taking care of yourself. Constant tension is not healthy for kids, and they were also I,packed by stress. Don’t stay because of them.

@@brightspacebabe Normaly the cravings start at about 9 or 10 at night...so go to be earlier (BEFORE the time you would normally start snacking at night) and it will be two birds with one stone...the snacking will stop (so your intermittent fasting will be much longer) and you will get more good quality sleep (anything before midnight is worth DOUBLE in terms of quality sleep and lowering stress/cortisol). 🙂

After struggling for 5 years as a business owner and stress through the roof, I gained weight rapidly. My skin was itching because I was gaining so fast. Fast forward now 5 years and I am on the keto regime and seeing results slowly. I am so grateful for your advice and I can say you have pinpointed most of my problems. I am walking now, not stressing myself at the gym, where I did not get any results, at all. Also, was working out hard, and it did not tighten up my muscles. I did feel better but I thought I would look better and I did not. Now I am doing everything you have recommended and I am feeling so much better and I am educated on what to do! I feel so motivated so thank you Dr Berg!

Good information, confirming some things I thought I knew. I'm post-menopausal and have experienced a number of the issues he discusses, plus the explosion of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis; my metabolism was screaming before I got the Dx in 2012. I've been making my own "adrenal cocktail" for years by just adding a pinch of Himalayan Salt, Cream of Tartar (potassium) and a squirt of lemon/lime to a glass or bottle of water daily. This has helped a number of things (i.e., leg cramps), including the acidity issue he discusses and getting trace minerals. I walk the big-dog daily, year-round and include some leg exercises for myself as we go, so I'm pretty good on the walking (despite potentially debilitating leg injuries due to accidents-another lengthy story for another time). I used to swim a half-mile several times a week; it always felt great, but got "too easy," plus I wasn't bringing my own weight to bear on my lower extremities to strengthen bones. I came out of this past Winter with the worst saggy arms & body ever (slipped on ice and broke my arm)! So, this Summer I added some serious water aerobics, 3 to 4 times/week: short bursts of intense exercise, "jogging", "punching" w/foam dumb-bells for arms, alternating with hard kicks with swim fins and periods of slower "rest" exercise, like treading water. Can't say that I look like a rock star, but my flab, skin tone & general condition is so MUCH better! Now, if I could just move the pool indoors for the Winter...

Thank you, Dr. Berg. Very interesting. I knew some of this, but didn't know about the ratio difference between the HGH and the cortisol. So true about over-training, too. I used to have adrenal fatigue and when it started I was extensively exercising and had to greatly reduce what I was doing in order to heal. Some people need MORE salt, not less - especially people with adrenal fatigue. So many products are "low sodium" and so many people think eating ZERO salt is "healthy," but we need some salt! And what you say about vegetarianism and difficulty creating growth hormone makes sense. I see so many vegetarians - especially vegans - who have almost no muscle tone or muscle mass and they look weak and unhealthy, especially if they are older than about 40 or 50. Thanks for the point about the acid and digestion!

I have been watching Dr. Berg and did intermittent fasting. I also stopped eating sugar and I lost 20lbs on one month, Now i know this is not healthy but I was not trying to lose that much it just had to do with the lack of sugar. It left my stomach flabby. I have a trainer and I have muscle under the flabby skin, I have been adding bone broth to build up my collagen. Any other ideas. I do drink a lot of water and a cup of apple cider with lemon in the mornings. My one weakness is a peanut butter and Jelly sandwich in the morning with a cup of coffee, My total weight loss is 34 lbs. I would also like to add that I had to first address why I was eating sugar. What emotion spark me to eat sugar. Once I addressed my emotions I had to now break the habit. This allowed me the time I needed before going into intermittent fasting. It has allow me to make healthier choices. I am very grateful to Dr. Berg and will continue to follow him on completing my health until the good Lord calls me. Thank you Dr. Berg

I put a cup of ice in the blender, chop it up good and then add soy ir almond milk and ice water. Add the 4 scoops of protein and b,end together. I also add 2 or 3 tablespoons of instant pudding, regular or sugar free, it makes it thick and extra yummy. You can add Splenda or a few tablespoons of sugar if you like it sweeter. You can add a half of a banana or some peanut butter. Don’t deprive yourself, a little bit of suagar won’t kill you. I hope you like it, let me know. 😉👍🍌

I’m just floored that my doctor doesn’t tell me ANY of this! I have been to the doctor for so many things! Yet, she never says anything about the effects of not having a gall bladder much less anything else! She said I have a fatty liver, take some vitamin E.... loose weight.... gives me 2 different blood pressure meds, one time she gave me a diuretic for the edema. The pill she’s prescribed didn’t really work but she never tried anything else. How about my headaches. I’ve had them all my life, migraines. I’ve seen all kinds of doctors and no one can figure out why I have them. How about my husband’s bone spurs in his feet. What about degenerative disc disease? I’m sure there’s a vitamin lacking that causes the bones to deteriorate... The list goes on and on. I’m just flabbergasted that doctors don’t help people, they just put Band-Aids on our problems. So they can pay their bills.

Back then the surgeons didn't take all this into consideration and now at age 72 I'm still battling the effects of this sudden and lasting hormonal shift. The carnivore lifestyle over the last 528 days has not fully corrected the loose skin issue but it is actually getting better. I wish I had never had the surgery but I accept the side effects, love my life and want to live to 120+. By then I hope the loose skin will be a past memory. I paid around $300 every three weeks for the real thing. It's not 15k. I had to sacrifice a lot, but it was worth it to feel normal. I did it for 10 years, as I had adult onset human growth hormone deficiency. Unfortunately even though it's a recognized illness, insurance would not pay for it. I injected myself twice a day. Best thing I ever did. I'm female. The only man I ever saw that looked like Cro-Magnon man were guys that got cheap grade stuff and did way too much. I had my levels checked every three months. I never could get them up to the level it should be. Unfortunately, as I got older my blood sugar went up and so I had to quit doing it. But I've had no negative side effects outside of that and my blood sugar went back to normal. I wish I could get on it again. It's definitely a youth serum.

@@adinadin6222 - out of all the people I know that took Genatropin, which is the best version of HGH, I don't know anyone that got cancer including myself. I was on it for 10 years and I've been off of it for 12. I'm doing great and so are they. You really have to be cognizant of the brand and where you get it. It won't cause cancer anymore than the natural growth hormone in your body. You're just trying to get your levels back up to normal. It gets a bad reputation because you have people that get it when their levels are not low and then they do too much and too much of anything can cause issues. I got my levels checked every three months. That's the appropriate way to do it.

@@jenny6696 The best way to deal with a narcissist is to ignore them. That’s where YOUR power lies. You’re not speaking with a person you’re speaking with a demon…literally. If you argue with them it’s like throwing gasoline on fire. Whatever the situation…if you are right or wrong. Just be quiet. Your piece of mind is everything. They HATE to be ignored. They have no empathy or sympathy. Do not play the victim…they will use it against you. Your best revenge is to live your best life yet. These people will not change they can’t… because it’s a spirit… they need deliverance.

This is an excellent video. I have been having issues forever and now have stage 4 cancer. Started with mercury poisoning and then toxic indoor mold, which both throw off your insulin, adrenals and thyroid. This video really shed light on some things I knew years ago, and some things I didn't yet make the connection on (loss of muscle despite healthy diet and walking 10 miles a day, heavy lifting) and loss of skin. This is going to help me make a plan if it isn't too late for me.
