The way i interpret this song is that she loves him in so many different ways because hes the world to her. "you only love in red." could mean that he only lusts for her...or that the only way he can show his love for her is to lash out at her.

The music lyrics say "And I love you in bright orange - Andi in violet and in green - And I love you in such colors" and the music is called colorblind. So, to me, it seems that the person who Amanda is singing about Doesn't love her in the same way(s)/can't love at all. In the end "But I know you're not the one..." So is real love but not the "right one". It probably sounds very odd, but makes sense to me.

I would translate "I know it's dark for good" as "Je sais que c'est sombre pour toujours" or some variant. I'm not that excellent at French but "c'est bon pour l'obscuritee" sounds like it's saying "it's good for darkness".

This is the first time I heard this song, I thought it would end with "I loved you like a mother, the father of my son" or something less corny cause of the "I loved you unprotected" bit earlier, maybe I took it too literally. Great song.

It's a nice song but I kinda find it insulting... Cause I actually am colourblind I have achromatopsia :( anyway I like the piano in itI understand the lyrics it's just that some of the wording in it is kinda harsh if you know what being colourblind is actually like...
