This video tutorial shows how to piece a Dresden Plate quilt block using 20 different fabric "wedges." The Easy Dresden ruler is used in this video to cut the fabric shapes.

The tip about starting to sew the blades away from the top then backstitch is great! That will change how I sew finished edge seams! Include this tip in your newer videos, this one is a keeper! 😉

Thanks for breaking down this block, I usually just wiz past anything with a Dresden thinking it’s to difficult. Now I know it’s easy peasy..

how do you know how many blade to cut. you never Manti on that information.where do you get that information.
